The Fire & Security portfolio comprises Ace Fire & Security, delivering complete fire, safety and security systems; Wessex Fire & Security, a major southern‑England provider with more than 15,000 installations; Custom Intelligent Security, offering highly consultative enterprise‑grade solutions; HESIS Fire & Security, providing planned and reactive services for government, national infrastructure and healthcare; and BusinessWatch, offering national‑infrastructure expertise, life safety systems and a 24‑hour Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).

The Maintenance & Response division includes Turnpower, delivering integrated property maintenance across London and the Home Counties; Synecore, specialising in HVAC, electrical and refrigeration with UK‑wide project capability; and MIES, which provides multi‑site estates with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire, security, door and access maintenance and response services.
