Our ad hoc HR services are ideal for both SMEs who may only have a handful of employees and require help on a particular issue, through to larger concerns that require additional outside help in a complicated situation.
Ad hoc HR work may mean a one-off letter or contract you need us to create that takes 30 minutes, or it could be a complicated grievance case with multiple people to interview that spans several days.
