Bando Industrial Belts

Bando industrial belts are a superb solution for power transmission between shafts that are not axially aligned. Belts run smoothly with little noise or vibrations, and they cushion motors and bearings against load changes. They need no lubrication and require little maintenance. They have very high efficiency, usually around 95% and up to 98%. When toothed belts are used they provide excellent precision when a constant ratio between shaft rotational speeds is important.

SIT Pulleys & Belts − Poly-V

Poly-V belts have triangular section longitudinal ribs. Thanks to the reduced thickness, these belts are very flexible and can be wind up on very small diameters. Poly-V belts can achieve higher peripheral speed than V-belts.

Polyurethane Timing Belts

Polyurethane Timing Belts

Polyurethane belts are an ideal solution for power transmission. We represent Elatech SRL in the UK. Elatech are an Italian manufacturer of Open Length (Linear Timing belt) iSynch PU Drive belts. Polyurethane or PU belts are superbly versatile for adaptation to suit bespoke applications, in length, width and the ability to have coatings or cleats added to suit customers designs / ideas. We hold stock of all profiles and widths here in the UK. We cut to width and join by welding in house to suit customers requirements. Coatings and cleats are applied here in our own Bradford workshop, reducing lead time and offer the fastest and most comprehensive service in the UK.

Rubber Timing Belts

Rubber timing belts are perfect for applications that demand consistent speed transfer, dependable, maintenance-free performance. Timing belts work on a synchronous drive principle. Widely utilised on many drive applications in industry, large production machinery to the smallest house hold appliances. V-Belts

Vee Belts are probably the oldest mass produced drive belt. They are designed to drive using friction on the sides for the belt against a pulley. The shape of the belt is a VEE shape designed to fit snugly into the V-shaped grooves of corresponding drive pulleys. Vee belts are a low cost drive belt with the advantage to allow some slippage which can be an advantage over synchronous drive belts.
