Monitoring your assets and their parameters is of vital importance to ensure downtime is avoided. FlexMaint meters can be applied to measure any parameter required either manually or automatically. We recommend setting multiple alarms for each meter installed, once an alarm is triggered, an automatic work order is created and an automated email is sent to the relevant individual. Measure the parameters that are most important to the optimum running of your business, e.g. temperatures, acoustics, pressure, humidity. These parameters can be used to produce graphs over certain time periods, allowing you access to trends and possible patterns that need to be addressed.
