The Company was jointly founded in 1972 by Fred Kidley and Peter Bailes. They started as two partners based from home, but as work increased and they took on more employees, the company moved to its present address in Dagenham East, Essex. Paul Kidley, Fred’s son, started as an apprentice in 1982 and is now managing the business. Peter took early retirement in 1998, followed by Fred in 2010 at the age of 77. Business continues to improve and the workforce is still growing.
