Stroboscopes / Strobe Lights / Strobe Tachometers
A Stroboscope, aka Strobe Light or Strobe Tachometer, measures the rotation speed (revolution velocity) and frequency of rotating, vibrating or moving parts, components and equipment. The adjustable flash frequency ensures accurate measurement to find worn belts, springs, valves and dampers as part of a manufacturer's condition monitoring or preventative maintenance plan. A stroboscope also can be used to adjust machinery to streamline or improve performance.

Many handheld stroboscope products have rechargeable batteries, making them truly portable and ideal for use on the production floor. Moisture Meters

Condition Monitoring
Condition monitoring involves the regular measurement of parameters such as vibration, temperature and sound in and around machines and equipment. Condition monitoring typically occurs in manufacturing environments and is considered to be a safer, more efficient alternative to preventative maintenance. In preventive maintenance, there are fixed maintenance intervals during the course of which sometimes intact components such as bearings or shafts are replaced too early. Temperature Controllers

Therefore, a temperature controller offers the possibility to process signals from resistance sensors or thermocouples. Airflow Meters
An airflow meter measures air velocity as well as air pressure. Depending on the type of application, the airflow meter is made as a hot-wire airflow meter, a vane airflow meter, a cup anemometer, a Pitot tube air flow meter or a pocket weather flow meter, all of which can measure air velocity as well as air pressure. Some can even detect the wind direction. The most common unit of measurement for air flow is m/s.

Durometers
A durometer gauge or durometer tester is needed to perform a durometer hardness test procedure. Durometer devices determine the surface hardness of many different materials, including polymers and elastomers. Each durometer or hardness tester measures the depth of an indentation in the material caused by a defined force of a given geometric presser foot. The depth of the indentation reflects the hardness of the material. A general distinction is made between static and dynamic methods. In traditional static tests, the test force is applied uniformly with increasing magnitude, while in dynamic testing methods, an instantaneous load is applied.
