The Stertil Dock Products X-Series Telescopic Dock Leveller is a highly practical and fully controllable leveller available in a variety of lip lengths up to 1000 mm for accurate and efficient loading and unloading. The X-Series is standardly supplied with an auto-park function. With a push of the button the leveller is brought back to its start position.

The S-Series dock leveller is equipped with an unique open lip hinge and enables an easy and smooth transition between the warehouse floor and truck. Thanks to the closed rear hinge, the 2 mm lip thickness is created by using a 80 mm long chamfer. During the loading and unloading process the leveller adjusts itself automatically to the changing floor height of the truck, even if the truck is loaded unevenly.

Stertil wheel guides installed in front of the loading bay increase the safety and efficiency of loading and unloading operations. Wheel guides ensure that the vehicle approaches the loading bay centrally and straight. Thus they allow the dock leveller lip to position centrally on the vehicle floor, and the dock shelter to seal properly against the back of the vehicle.

They also help to prolong the life of dock shelters by reducing off-centre or oblique pressure from vehicles. The flared entrance of Stertil wheel guides cause less wear or damage to vehicle tyres than the sharp edges usually found on concrete guides. Stertil wheel guides are made of galvanised steel.
