FSKRDS - Sanitary Rupture Discs
The FSKRDS Sanitary Rupture Discs are a compression-loaded disc or reverse-acting disc, scored around the circumference. This disc has been designed to meet the high quality standards required by 3-A SSI, whose aim is to ensure public health through hygiene equipment. The FSKRDS model is particularly suitable for the Pharmaceutical, Food, and Biotechnology industries and represents the state-of-the-art for these sectors. This disc is entirely made of AISI 316L stainless steel (or other alloys upon request of the client). It’s smooth surface makes it particularly suitable for C.I.P. and S.I.P. treatments to maintain aseptic conditions. PTFE gaskets, which are certified in compliance with FDA and USP class VI, 3-A, and Eu 10/2011 regulations, facilitate the installation in Clamp fittings (sanitary, Tri-Clamp, Tank Connection). The operating pressure modifies the camber of the convex disc only when reverse pressure is reached. Upon reversal, the disc opens completely in a few milliseconds along the score line, thus preventing fragmentation from forming. The FSKRDS disc, with its innovative design, can be used with liquids only and can resist both vacuum and high pressure.

Altecnic / Caleffi Boiler Pressure Relief Valve 1/2" Pushfit x F Lever Top 3 Bar - 312408 BRT
The Altecnic / Caleffi Relief Valve - Pushfit Inlet - 312408 BRT is designed for use in domestic hot water systems, providing essential protection for hot water cylinders. Additionally, this relief valve safeguards heating systems, such as boilers and other critical components. The valve is chosen based on the required set pressure; as the pressure within the system increases and reaches the designated discharge pressure, the valve opens, releasing excess pressure to the atmosphere. This action prevents potentially dangerous pressure levels that could affect the boiler, hot water storage cylinder, and personnel nearby.

AURA EXC Compact Single Stage Pressure Reducing Regulator
The AURA EXC is a compact, versatile regulator meticulously designed for precise and dependable pressure control of gases and liquids with inlet pressures up to 5500 psig. Its space-efficient structure makes it exceptionally suited for applications where minimising footprint and weight is essential. At the heart of the EXC lies AURA’s innovative encapsulated seat design, which integrates multiple moving parts into a single assembly. This design feature simplifies maintenance, reduces potential failure points, and significantly enhances long-term reliability. The seat benefits from a 10-micron, 360° filter, providing superior filtration compared to standard pressed-in disks. Unlike conventional designs that filter solely at the pipeline port, the EXC ensures comprehensive filtration across all inlet ports. With an extensive range of seat materials and orifice sizes, the EXC guarantees optimal performance for various global applications. Its ultra-compact, all-metal construction allows for seamless integration into systems or cabinets, while also ensuring durability and a long service life, even in harsh environments. Each AURA EXC unit is assembled in a Class 100 cleanroom as a complete system, which includes gauges, fittings, and valves. The assembly is meticulously cleaned for oxygen service, undergoes 100% helium leak testing, and is validated through multiple flow and function assessments to guarantee maximum purity, durability, and leak integrity. The AURA EXC represents a cost-effective solution for applications requiring compact, high-performance components without sacrificing reliability.
