The seat benefits from a 10-micron, 360° filter, providing superior filtration compared to standard pressed-in disks. Unlike conventional designs that filter solely at the pipeline port, the EXC ensures comprehensive filtration across all inlet ports. With an extensive range of seat materials and orifice sizes, the EXC guarantees optimal performance for various global applications. Its ultra-compact, all-metal construction allows for seamless integration into systems or cabinets, while also ensuring durability and a long service life, even in harsh environments. Each AURA EXC unit is assembled in a Class 100 cleanroom as a complete system, which includes gauges, fittings, and valves. The assembly is meticulously cleaned for oxygen service, undergoes 100% helium leak testing, and is validated through multiple flow and function assessments to guarantee maximum purity, durability, and leak integrity.
