CONCOA 213 Series Regulator

CONCOA 213 Series Regulator

The CONCOA 213 Series is a chrome-plated forged brass, dual-stage regulator designed for primary pressure control of low-pressure, non-corrosive, liquefied, or high-purity inert gases (up to grade 4.5). Its two-stage design ensures stable delivery pressure, compensating for cylinder depletion, with adjustable outputs as low as 0.1 PSIG (7 mBAR) in 0.05 PSIG (4 mBAR) increments, making it ideal for atmospheric or sub-5 PSIG (350 mBAR) applications.

Features:

  • Fine-adjusting screw for precise pressure control

  • 316L stainless steel diaphragm prevents inboard diffusion

  • CAPSULE® seat design with 360° filtration in both stages

  • Standard relief valve protects diaphragm and gauges

  • Helium leak-tested for integrity

Specifications:

  • Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (210 BAR); optional 4500 PSIG (310 BAR)

  • Body: Chrome-plated forged brass; Bonnet: Chrome-plated die-cast zinc

  • Filter: 10-micron sintered bronze

  • Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel; Internal seals: PTFE

  • Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C); Cv: 0.02

  • Gauges: 2½" (63 mm) steel with brass connection (outlet), 2½" (68 mm) plated case (inlet)

  • Seats: PCTFE (first stage), PTFE (second stage)

  • Ports: 1/4" FNPT

  • Compliance: Meets/exceeds CGA G-4.1, PED 2014/68/EU, ANSI/ASME B40.1, CRN OH5216

Altecnic / Caleffi 253 Solar Series Pressure Safety Relief Valve 1/2

Altecnic / Caleffi 253 Solar Series Pressure Safety Relief Valve 1/2" x 3/4" F x F 3 Bar - 253043

The Altecnic / Caleffi 253 Solar Safety Valve - 253043 is designed to effectively manage pressure within the primary circuits of solar heating systems. This valve is selected based on the required set pressure. As system pressure increases, the valve will open upon reaching the designated discharge pressure, releasing excess pressure to the atmosphere. This mechanism prevents harmful pressure levels that could damage solar collectors and other components within the system.

Specifications

  • Size: 1/2" x 3/4"
  • Connections: BSP Female Inlet x BSP Female Outlet
  • Materials: Chrome-Plated Brass
  • Medium: Water, Glycol Solutions (Maximum Glycol Percentage: 50%)
  • Set Pressure: 3 Barg
  • Temperature Range: -30 to +160 °C
  • Product Code: 253043
  • Certification: CE marked

Enhance the safety and efficiency of your solar heating system with the Altecnic / Caleffi 253 Solar Safety Valve, a reliable choice for maintaining optimal pressure levels.

Medenus S100 Gas Safety Shut Off Valve

Medenus S100 Gas Safety Shut Off Valve

**Medenus S100 Gas Safety Shut-Off Valve** The Medenus S100 Gas Safety Shut-Off Valve is engineered to effectively terminate gas flow when the outlet pressure in the regulating section deviates from predetermined response limits. This intelligent valve is equipped with an SSV control device that continuously monitors the outlet pressure via a dedicated measurement line. In response to pressure changes, the diaphragm within the control unit adjusts accordingly. When the outlet pressure dips below the designated lower switch-off point or ascends beyond the upper switch-off point, the switch socket linked to the SSV diaphragm shifts to an appropriate disengaged position. This action releases the engaging mechanism's balls, allowing the SSV screw spindle to be retracted. Consequently, the closing spring exerts pressure on the SSV valve plate against the valve seat, ensuring a gas-tight closure of the gas flow. The SSV can only be manually reopened and secured in the open position. To facilitate this, the outlet pressure at the measuring point must either fall below the upper response pressure or rise above the lower response pressure by at least the re-engagement differential amount (Δp). The SSV is adaptable to either functional class A (featuring diaphragm rupture protection) or class B (lacking diaphragm rupture protection), provided it adheres to specific national regulations. Additionally, there is an option to incorporate a remote display indicating the SSV position as “CLOSED”, along with both manual and remote release capabilities, operational during power supply or outages. **Specifications** - **Sizes**: 1" (DN25) to 8" (DN200) - **Connections**: Flanged PN or ANSI - **Medium**: Gas - **Operating Pressure**: 8 Barg - **Release Mechanism**: Lack of pressure and overpressure - **Notes**: Usable in any orientation; features a gas-tight zero position Enhance your gas safety measures with the Medenus S100 Gas Safety Shut-Off Valve, a reliable choice for effective gas flow management.
