FSKRDN - NanoScored Rupture Discs

FSKRDN - NanoScored Rupture Discs

The FSKRDN NanoScored rupture disc incorporates advanced technology to deliver highly reliable overpressure protection. The convex disc maintains its original shape during normal operation and only reverses at the set burst pressure. It supports operating-to-burst pressure ratios of up to 95% and withstands thousands of pressure cycles without loss of performance. When activated, the disc opens fully in milliseconds along the scored line, producing no fragments. Compared with conventional designs, it is less sensitive to temperature fluctuations, making it ideal for applications with wide temperature variations.

Thanks to its innovative construction, the FSKRDN can operate with liquids only, including in cycling and pulsating conditions, without compromising safety margins. It is particularly well suited for isolating safety relief valves. A wide selection of materials and optimized thickness provide excellent corrosion resistance, which can be further enhanced with an optional PTFE lining on the process side. The disc does not require vacuum support and is capable of withstanding high back pressures.

Pneumatic Control Valve

Pneumatic Control Valve

Our Pneumatic Control Valves are expertly engineered to regulate gases, vapours, and liquids, fully compliant with the European Pressure Equipment Directive and certified under the ISO 9001 quality assurance system. Featuring a globe body design, these valves include top-entry, single-seated configurations that operate as either two-way, direct, or reverse action, alongside a multi-spring pneumatic actuator. The innovative modular design of the valve, coupled with an extensive selection of available trims, allows for a multitude of configurations to suit varied applications. When paired with the pneumatic actuator, these valves offer precise modulating control or reliable on/off performance. The actuator can be swiftly converted between direct and reverse actuation without taking the system offline. The expertly crafted body shape ensures optimum flow characteristics to maximise efficiency.

Broady DH6i Fire Hydrant Reducing Valve

Broady DH6i Fire Hydrant Reducing Valve

**Broady DH6i Fire Hydrant Reducing Valve** The Broady DH6i Fire Hydrant Reducing Valve is expertly designed for all firefighting applications requiring effective pressure reduction. Featuring a balanced inlet design, this valve maintains a consistent outlet pressure despite fluctuations in the inlet pressure, ensuring reliability in critical situations. The 'S' version (DH6i-S) offers enhanced versatility, functioning as both a landing valve—operating fully open in non-reducing mode—and as a standard pressure-reducing fire hydrant valve. In either mode, the valve can be securely closed using the hand wheel. **Specification** - **Size Options**: 40NB - **Connections**: Flanged 1.1/2" to 3" ANSI 150 Inlet x Quick Release Instantaneous Coupling Outlet - **Materials**: Constructed from high-quality gunmetal (other materials available) - **Disk Material**: Nitrile - **Joints & Seals**: Nitrile seals and 'O'-rings - **Medium**: Liquids - **Maximum Inlet Pressure**: 20 Barg - **Outlet Pressure Range**: 4.0 to 8.0 Barg - **Cv Range**: [Please specify if needed] - **Temperature Resistance**: 200°C (Viton) - **Approvals**: Designed and tested in compliance with BS5401 standards This robust and versatile valve is an essential addition to any firefighting system, providing peace of mind with its dependable performance and compliance with industry standards.
Auld Double Control Reducing Valve

Auld Double Control Reducing Valve

Auld Valves Ltd has ceased trading. However, please reach out to us, as we may have alternative options available in our product range.

The Auld Double Control Reducing Valve is ideal for applications requiring substantial pressure reductions, provided that the inlet pressure does not exceed 51 barG. This valve features a self-contained balance pipe, ensuring optimal performance with a closing pressure of +7% relative to the reduced pressure. Its balanced design remains unaffected by fluctuations in inlet pressure and responds instantly to changes in demand. The valve offers impressive reduced pressure accuracy of ±5% across a flow range from full flow down to 10% (with a turndown ratio of 10 to 1). Furthermore, its soft valve faces are well-suited for dead end conditions, and the single seat design facilitates precise control at low flow rates.
