FSDCDS - Sanitary Rupture Discs

FSDCDS - Sanitary Rupture Discs

The FSDCDS Sanitary Rupture Discs are designed for aseptic applications, consisting of a slotted, perforated metal section, a seal membrane (commonly PTFE, with other materials available), and a protective layer. Ideal for use with gas or liquids under static or low-pressure conditions, these discs open fully within milliseconds during overpressure events, without fragmentation. They can be fitted with supports for vacuum and counter-pressure protection, allowing simultaneous protection against both. PTFE gaskets certified to FDA, USP Class VI, 3-A, and EU 10/2011 standards make installation in Clamp fittings (sanitary, Tri-Clamp, Tank Connection) simple. The FSDCDS is also suitable for C.O.P. (Clean-Out-Of-Place) applications.

CONCOA 304 Series Regulator

CONCOA 304 Series Regulator

The CONCOA 304 Series is a three-port, chrome-plated brass, single-stage point-of-use regulator designed for high-purity, non-corrosive, or liquefied gases (up to grade 5.5). It provides secondary or final-line pressure control, reducing delivery pressure in a single step. Its durable construction and high-purity compatibility make it a cost-effective solution for applications that can tolerate minor outlet pressure fluctuations as cylinder supply decreases. Maximum inlet pressure is 3000 PSIG (210 BAR) or higher, depending on configuration.

Features:

  • 316L stainless steel diaphragm prevents inboard diffusion

  • CAPSULE® seat with 360° integral filtration

  • Low wetted surface area reduces purge requirements

  • Rear panel mount simplifies installation

  • Helium leak-tested for integrity

Specifications:

  • Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (210 BAR)

  • Body: Chrome-plated brass barstock; Bonnet: Chrome-plated die-cast zinc

  • Gauges: 2" (50 mm) plated case

  • Seat: PTFE; Filter: 10-micron sintered bronze

  • Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)

  • Cv: 0.1; Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel

  • Helium leak integrity: 1 × 10⁻⁸ scc/sec

  • Internal seals: PTFE; Ports: 1/4" FNPT

  • Compliance: Meets/exceeds CGA G-4.1, PED 2014/68/EU, ANSI/ASME B40.1, CRN OH5216

Reliance RWC 100 Series Pressure Relief Valve 1

Reliance RWC 100 Series Pressure Relief Valve 1" x 1.1/4" F x F 3 Bar - PREL100023

The PREL100023 High Capacity Sealed Heating System Pressure Relief Valve discharges water off the system at a set pressure in the event of system over pressurisation (high for larger capacity systems) Reliance Valves 100 Series Pressure Relief Valves are made from hot pressed brass and are predominantly used to protect closed-circuit wet heating systems from overpressure. The outlet is one size larger than the inlet to ensure high discharge flow rates. It has a separate seal seating from the diaphragm to give improved scaling resistance and a cover which is made from OT58 brass. Available in a variety of sizes to suit most installations, it also has a pressure range from 2.5 - 5.0 bar, with the response pressure indicated on the twist cap. The valve size is determined by the heat output of the boiler as shown in the maximum heating capacity table.

Features and benefits:

- High flow design for larger capacity systems

- Outlet is one size larger than the inlet for high capacity discharge

- Provides protection against over pressurisation in wet heating systems

- Diaphragm design gives improved resistance against scale

- Cartridge design gives ease of service and replacement without the need to reset the response pressure

- Set pressure range from 2.5 - 5.0 bar to suit any system requirement

- High lift design for increased discharge capacity

- Suitable for heating applications only
