Unitemp launch new range of large walk in Test Chambers for Solar Panels

Umitemp have introduced a new range of cost effective large type temperature and humidity test chambers for PV modules and solar panels.
The quality range, designated the EWSX282 series, are manufactured by the ESPEC corporation and consist of 5 models. They have been developed primarily for the reliability testing of full size solar panels and PV modules. They can also be used for electronic/electrical components and equipment as well as automotive products. The range meets the requirements for complete certification testing of solar panels and PV modules to IEC or UL standards.Constructed from the highest quality steel with hermetically welded seams and stainless steel interior to ensure integrity under the extreme conditions required by the IEC, they are of solid construction and excellent for the testing of large loads at 85degreesC / 85% as well as humidity freeze and temperature cycling tests.
The controls are situated on the side and have an easy to operate LCD display which features an integral screen. A viewing window is incorporated into the door. Interior volume is 282 cu ft and has a temperature range of -70 to 180 deg C and a change rate of. 73 to 1.67 degrees C a minute. An optional module rack with rollers is available.
This versatile range complements Unitemps' extensive range of test and monitoring chambers, and they have the expertise to provide specials to customer requirements.
