Croft rise to bespoke filter challenge

Croft Engineering Services recently took up the challenge of designing 2 specialist filters for a food manufacturing plant at the request of Eastern Power & Motion.
The food manufacturers wanted to avoid costly downtime and so the filters had to be made to order quickly. Eastern Power & Motion works closely with manufacturers in the supply of mechanical and fluid power components.Eastern Power and Motions' Rob Spencer;

The filters, in stainless 316.Perforated plate, incorporated a perforated sleeve within another perforated sleeve and a mesh lining between the two.
