On Site in Swindon: 89 New Apartments Opposite the Station

JMS Engineers recently visited site to see how works are advancing on this five-storey development directly opposite Swindon train station - soon to provide 89 new apartments in a prime town centre location.

With scaffolding and strip-out works nearly complete, fit-out has begun, and it’s great to see our structural and civil design taking shape on site.From reusing the existing concrete frame to designing safe, durable and compliant solutions throughout, this project showcases the value of early collaboration between our structural and civil teams.
