The Acme X Seal is a versatile smooth ribbon pull-tight seal manufactured from Polypropylene material.

 The design features rolled heat staking technology to secure the metal spring insert to the body, which provides clear evidence of tampering if forced open or cut. This seal is ideal for most applications particularly where there are small sealing apertures.

The Acme F Seal is a low breaking strength pull-tight seal manufactured from Polypropylene material.

The Acme Bulldog Seal is a fixed length seal manufactured from two dissimilar materials. The Acetyl insert is durable and will withstand freezing and boiling conditions, whilst the polypropylene body is flexible for easy use.

The design includes rolled heat staking technology to secure the insert to the body, which provides clear evidence of tampering if forced open or cut and a break off point for easy removal.

Our flexible CS1 cable seal is available in 300mm length and a cable diameter of 1.5mm, the body is manufactured in die cast aluminum and the cable in steel.

The Acme CS2 Seal is a Cable seal manufactured from high quality materials, the locking mechanism and attached cable is protected with high impact ABS plastic.

The Acme Bolt Seal is an IS 17712:2010 compliant high security bolt seal, designed for high value ISO container cargo shipments. The plastic coated bolt and locking bush is laser marked with identical sequential numbers for added security.

The Acme BS2 Bolt Seal is an ISO 17712:2010 compliant High Security bolt seal, designed for high value ISO container cargo shipments. The bolt head is embossed with the company name and the letter ‘H’ as a compliant seal and the bush is plastic coated for laser marking sequential number/logo.

The Acme Cylindrical Ferrule?is manufactured from Annealed copper, tin plated and is supplied in a standard 6mm length and 4mm outside diameter with a 2mm internal diameter.  Acme supply this product in boxes of 5,000 pieces in conjunction with the  Acme Sealing Wire manufactured to BS EN 12385-1:2002 It is a galvanised 7 strand wire cut to lengths of 15cm.
 To optimize security the Acme High Security sealing tool  can be supplied under special order (see separate page)

The Acme Fine Galvanised Sealing Wire is supplied on 0.5kg plastic spools (200 metres). The wire consists of a centre core wire and an outer wire, which is spirally lashed around the inner core wire providing an excellent thread type grip to prevent slippage or removal after the Lead seal has been compressed.

The Acme PL2 is a Padlock seal manufactured from two materials, Styrene Acrylonitrile for the body and Stainless Steel for hook hasp. The cover is transparent so the user can see the seal is correctly locked and if any attempt is made to compromise the seal the cover will crack showing clear evidence of attempted tampering.

The Acme Twister Seal is a two part Polycarbonate wire seal that offers an alternative to lead and plastic wire seals but has the added advantage that it can be applied without the use of a sealing tool.

The Acme SK2 Tote Box Seal is manufactured from polypropylene. The SK2 Tote Box Seal is designed specifically as an effective low cost method for sealing tote boxes where pull through seals cannot be used. Easy to insert just press and click into place. simply break and remove seal by hand. Typically used in industries including pharmaceutical transportation, retail stores and storage. The SK2 comes as a Plain un-marked Seal and is designed to seal containers with elongated oval holes. The flights are offset ensuring a secure closure of the container

Our Acme cable ties are manufactured from high grade Nylon 6.6 giving strength and flexibility. They are suitable for many applications, servicing the electronics, heavy electrical and engineering industries.

Whilst these cable ties have many uses they should not be confused with the Acme security seal range of products which are designed with tamper evident technology and one time use.

Electronic Lock preventing internal theft and fraud along the entire supply chain as soon as the lock is closed, it automatically generates a unique number that can be transferred to the consignment documentation.

SMS-Lock is a device for electronic locking of sites/goods/vehicles, which is equipped with GSM/GPRS communication.  It sends alarms informing about any open/close/tamper event with the device at the time the event occurs. It has function of event notifications in real time.

SMS-Lock is a self-powered electronic system for the monitoring of site, goods or vehicles against theft and tampering. It can send an SMS alert to a PC or to mobile phones in the event that gates, doors or packages protected by SMS-Lock are opened or tampered with. Furthermore, it can be used to protect and monitor access points to controlled areas. The device can be mounted either by screwing it in place or securing it with a magnetic plate.

This seal can be customised with gripping spikes, making it ideal for a variety of applications where enhanced strength and security are essential.

The Acme SM2 Seal is a fixed-length seal crafted from high-quality Polypropylene material. Similar to our well-known Smart Lock Seal, it boasts a robust single-point locking mechanism and an indicator that extends through a hole in the underside of the locking head, confirming it has been securely locked. This seal is designed with a narrow strip width and an enlarged tag marking area, with no connectors linking the seals together, allowing for easier handling. Additionally, the seal features a break-off point for effortless removal, making it suitable for a wide range of applications that require reliable break seals.

Like all our plastic seals, the Acme SM2 Seal is manufactured with a biodegradable plastic additive, ensuring they are both biodegradable and recyclable, making them an environmentally friendly choice for secure sealing solutions.

The Acme CS1 3.5mm x 300mm cable seal is a dependable high-security seal specifically designed for international freight, transport, and logistics. Complying with ISO 17712 High-Security (H) standards, it ensures robust protection against tampering and unauthorised access.

This seal is equipped with a 3.5mm galvanised steel cable and a resilient die-cast aluminium lock body. This strong combination offers exceptional durability and resistance in demanding situations such as shipping containers, tankers, and rail freight.
