AH Engineering produces a robust heavy-duty dump trailer designed for optimal performance in the construction, recycling, earthmoving, and quarrying sectors. AH Engineering designs and manufactures a diverse range of bulk trailers, offering capacities from 14 to 20 tonnes. Our models are specifically tailored for various applications, including grain, all vegetable crops, sugar beet, silage, compost, and manure.

With over 20 years of experience in trailer manufacturing, our products are constructed on well-proven and rigorously tested chassis. We utilise a robust 250 x 150 x 10mm 50D box section, arranged in a strong ladder formation, to create a stable and reliable platform for the trailer body.

The tipping rails are constructed from a 150 x 100 x 10mm 50D box section, also designed in a ladder formation, ensuring durability and performance.

The trailer bodies are made from a combination of 4mm and 3mm plate, featuring large folded ribs that are fully welded for maximum strength, preventing any water ingress.

Our tipping ram is a single multistage telescopic trunnion-mounted model, engineered to handle the necessary flexing of the trailer. This design is not only more powerful but also consumes significantly less oil compared to a twin ram system.

For added reliability and longevity, we incorporate large-capacity hydraulic rams on all our hydraulic tailgates, equipped with anti-burst valves for enhanced safety.

All our trailers feature 10-stud commercial axles, with a selection of suspensions and track widths to meet the specific requirements of your application. We also offer an extensive range of wheel and tyre options to enhance your trailer's capabilities.

AH Engineering manufacture a selection of robust flat trailers ranging from 24 to 32 feet, all equipped with commercial 10 stud axles and multi-leaf commercial suspension.

The chassis rails are constructed from twin 305 x 165 x 46mm universal beams, offering exceptional strength while allowing the trailer to flex as intended. All floor ribs are plasma-cut and folded from 5mm plate into a keyhole shape that fits the top of the chassis rail. This unique design ensures the trailer remains both strong and flexible, while also minimising load height.

The side raves are made from 100 x 75 x 8.0mm angle, set with a 15mm upstand above the 4.5mm durbar floor plates. These floors are robust enough to withstand even the most demanding environments, including heavy use with forklift tines. The 15mm upstand is designed to securely hold potato boxes and straw bales without interfering with forklift tines or bale grabs.

We also incorporate both rope hooks and a cleaver bar for securing ratchet strap hooks, ensuring they remain in place while you move to the other side of the trailer to tighten them.

At Agrihire, we offer a range of fully refurbished Dowdeswell ploughs that stand out for their quality and durability. Our refurbishment process goes beyond mere cosmetic improvements; we meticulously strip down each plough and undertake all necessary mechanical work. This includes replacing pins and bushes, resealing rams, and fabricating parts as required.

Afterwards, the plough undergoes a comprehensive shot blasting and is rejuvenated with a fresh coat of paint. We replace all decals to ensure the plough looks as close to new as possible. All of our refurbished ploughs come with a warranty, giving you peace of mind.

The Red Rhino 5000 Plus is a jaw action crusher measuring 500mm x 250mm, equipped with a hydraulically driven vibrating feeder. Its instant hydraulic adjustable jaws enable output product sizes to range from 20mm to 100mm. With a width of only 1665mm, the 5000 Plus can access sites with limited space. Standard features include dust suppression, achieved through fine water spray nozzles that operate at standard domestic hose pressure. The 5000 Plus effortlessly crushes reinforced concrete, brick, porcelain, and various aggregate products. Using the 5000 Plus can result in significant savings on muck away and purchased backfill materials. It is easily transportable from site to site via a plant trailer and can be operational within just 5 minutes of arrival.
