CNC Routing

To complement the milled and turned component work we have our CNC routing section with off-line CAD-CAM programming, dealing with the larger plastic panel requirements. Vacuum bed sizes of up to 3m x 2m and a twin head option allows Anglia Plastics to comprehensively respond to customer requirements.

Plastics Fabrication

Our extensive stocks levels of fabrication and engineering plastics allow us to offer the finished product at the most competitive prices. We can offer expert advice to our customers and produce samples, prototypes and large batch production runs. Our fabricated products can be used in a varied range of applications, for example – signage, Vehicle refits, Glazing, Museum Displays, Stage props, Machine Guarding, CNC Profiling & Security Screens.

CNC Cutting

Anglia Plastic’s is a leader in the supply of semi-finished stock material. Sheet rod, tube and profile options are available, cut to any size and supplied in any quantity.

CNC Billeting

Anglia Plastics has a circular billeting saw allowing rods and tubes up to 350mm Diameter to be billeted to the customer’s requirements on a close tolerance.

These are offered in full sheet, block, rod and tube forms which can be cut to specified sizes and quantities. Utilising advanced CO2 laser technology with a substantial 1600mm x 900mm bed size, Anglia Plastics can efficiently process both large-format panels and high-volume small parts with exceptional repeatability and speed.

Our laser processing is particularly effective for materials such as Acrylic (Perspex), PETG, and Polypropylene. A key advantage of this service is our capability to produce a flame-polished edge finish directly from the machine, significantly reducing the necessity for secondary hand-finishing.
