DOMESTIC & LIGHT COMMERCIAL BOLLARD − AMP 1000
AMP 1000 automatic bollards are designed to provide entry protection to driveways, car parking spaces and other low traffic volume locations with up to 500 bollard movements per day. They are a stylish and economical fully automatic bollard, available in either 115mm or 200mm diameter with powder coated mild steel or optional brushed stainless steel construction.

AMP 1000 bollards are electrically operated, and incorporate a soft start and stop mechanism to reduce noise and wear on the mechanism. The optional CDK control unit can operate up to 4 bollards together, and plug in loop detectors may be specified to provide a full safety system.

COMMERCIAL BOLLARD − AMP 2000
The AMP 2000 is the proven ‘workhorse’ Automatic Bollard in the range, offering economy combined with reliability. The AMP 2000 bollard is suitable for all general purpose applications such as garage forecourts, office buildings, hotels etc. Available painted to a standard RAL colour or in stainless steel and reflective band. Over 20,000 of the units have been installed worldwide to date.
With a protection level of IP67 the bollard will operate in any weather conditions, -15C to +60C, or even lower to -30C if the heating circuit is operated.

The APS range of Security Road Blockers provides the ultimate in perimeter protection − reliable security where unauthorised vehicles need to be stopped. Designed and developed to provide effective traffic control where other conventional barriers are unable to provide an adequate deterrent. We are a leading road blockers manufacturer.
APS hydraulic road blockers have a fully enclosed framework designed to simplify and reduce the cost of the installation process. The enclosed sides eliminates the need for a pre-cast concrete mounting trough. The unit is simply placed on a flat concrete slab within the trench, and back filled with concrete or even sand thus saving time, money and minimising disruption on site.

Traffic flow plates are the most cost effective way of regulating traffic flow through one way systems within car parks, goods loading yards, bus lanes and similar applications − they are simple to install, don’t need any power, and enforce one way traffic patterns with ease.
For quiet operation rubber buffers are fitted to the reverse of the surface mounted units.

Alligator Teeth
APS Alligator Teeth are ideal for traffic flow enforcement in one way systems such as car parks, hospitals, commercial, industrial and military sites. They are effective against all types of vehicles with high volume traffic flow.
Alligator teeth use solid steel blocks as the moving part which extends longevity while the rubber end stops ensure quiet smooth operation. Each tooth is 80mm wide, the blocks which rotate to 115mm high are 50mm wide and angled against reverse flow traffic.
The Alligator Teeth units are arranged in a single line across the road with 150mm spacing. A support frame and 100mm drainage ducts are supplied with the system which is set into concrete. Rubber end stops, high-performance grease retentive bushes, stainless steel axles and an all welded assembly ensure that Alligator Teeth provide a low-maintenance solution.

The Alligator Ramp combines traffic flow control and speed control in one product. Alligator Ramps are a modular steel speed ramp with inbuilt Alligator Teeth as a direction control device.
A 50mm wide tooth will safely deflate car and 4×4 tyres but is depressed when vehicles move in the approved direction. Large rubber buffers ensure quiet, smooth operation, and red cats’ eyes provide night-time warning to vehicles moving against the approved traffic flow direction.
Ramp sections are 320mm wide by 690mm long and have a strong Durbar surface, finished in alternating black/ yellow. The system is rated for all wheeled vehicles including HGVs and is simple to install on asphalt or concrete using expanding anchor bolts. High quality components ensure that the Alligator Ramp provides a long-lasting low-maintenance vehicle control solution.

Predator Tyre Killer Barrier
To make sure only authorised vehicles enter an area, the Predator tyre killer barrier can be placed at all vehicle access points.
This barrier combines a standard automatic rising barrier and a row of retractable tyre spikes along the width of the access road. The barrier can be linked to your access control system to allow secure control of all entry and exit points.
Spikes are mechanically linked to the barrier system and retract as the boom arm rises. In the event of an attack by a threatening vehicle the spikes shred the vehicle tyres rendering the attacking vehicle undriveable.

Tracked Sliding Gates
Tracked gates are the traditional style of sliding gate and are suitable where the demand for larger openings or greater heights is present. They can be produced to nearly any width and height needed and telescopic versions are available for larger widths.
Bi-Fold Gate
Bi-fold gates, also referred to as Speed gates, quick fold gates and fast gates are available to suit aperture widths of up to 7.0m. They operate at a speed of 1m per second, and are fully compatible with any access control system.
The gate leaves are fully welded steel hollow sections with infill bars at 120mm (max) centres.
The mounting brackets for the drive units are welded to the top of the hanging posts, and the drive units are protected by a stainless steel cover. The drive units have 3 phase 230/400V, 50Hz motors and worm drive gearboxes which are equipped with proximity switches to stop the gate leaves in both the open and closed positions.
