MATRIX Sewage Treatment Plants come with a one-year warranty on blowers and pumps, along with a twenty-five-year warranty on the tank shell, starting from the date of delivery.

All warranties are contingent upon the product being installed according to the manufacturer's guidelines and the equipment being operated within its specified design parameters. Warranty coverage also requires that the equipment has not been misused or abused, and that all necessary routine maintenance has been performed promptly by authorised engineers. Any component parts sourced from third parties included in this product are subject to the respective manufacturer’s warranty, which is a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise specified.

The owner of the MATRIX Sewage Treatment Plant is entirely responsible for the operation of the plant and for ensuring that the quality of the effluent does not breach the Environmental Permit Standards issued by the Environment Agency.
