We convert 2D drawings, sketches, or photos into 3D solid models for concept and assembly modelling, brochures, instruction manuals, and renderings. Services include sheet metal pattern creation, part/assembly costing, physical measurement-based modelling, assembly verification, clash and interference detection, tolerance analysis, mass and center of gravity calculations, animation, and 2D/engineering drawing creation, including exploded assemblies and multiple variations, with integration into other assemblies or layouts.

We create accurate As-Built and As-Fitted drawings from client sketches, PDFs, or physical measurements, converting originals to editable AutoCAD files. Our services include fabrication drawings, templates, instruction manual illustrations, part and assembly layouts, room or event layouts, and automated drawing generation from Excel.

Using our 100W glass CO₂ laser cutter, we can cut and engrave a wide range of materials up to 1200mm x 800mm, including flat and cylindrical objects like glasses or toyboxes. We work from customer files (DWG, DXF, JPG, BMP) or create designs in-house for applications across engineering, signage, gaskets, templates, displays, and more. Finished items can be made food-safe, weatherproof, or customised to meet specific requirements.

We create professional 3D wall signage from acrylic—often 100% recycled—based on company logos or branding. Available in multiple colours and thicknesses, signs can be assembled by us or the customer and are ideal for offices, receptions, exhibitions, and meeting rooms. Third-party printed acrylic can also be used for enhanced designs.

We can produce laser cut, custom gaskets from Gasket Paper, rubber and cork. We can also produce replacement parts such as washers and spacers. All gaskets/components can be produced either from customer drawings or from existing parts which can be measured and reproduced.

We can produce stencils and templates for large or small applications in a number of thicknesses/materials, to best suit the application.

Jali or Jaali is a Hindi term for perforated or latticed screens constructed through the use of calligraphy or geometry and is commonly found in Hindu temple architecture, Indo-Islamic architecture and more generally in Islamic Architecture. We have a wide range of standard Jali style designs which can be used for Radiator grilles etc and can produce custom designs to order. Grills can be produced in varying thicknesses of MDF, acrylic and more.

We now have 4 FDM printers which are able are able to print items up to 300mm x 300mm x 300mm (see below). Our latest printers gives us the capability to print in more materials as well as being able to print multiple colours and materials in the same printAs well as our in-house printers we also work closely with other 3D printing companies which have access to the latest printing technology and can print in a number of other materials to produce the highest quality prints available.
