HDM Channel Baler
HDM Engineering Services Ltd are very proud to be the UK and European Distributors of C&B Solutions.
The new range of Channel Balers from C&B Solutions are the result of over 20 years of design and development by their founder, Tony Tai. In his many years of design and manufacturing of these machines he realised where the early more traditional baler of this type were lacking for the demands on industry today. Whereas, in the past these machines were used mainly for paper and cardboard, they soon started to be used to bale just about anything from steel cans to hard mixed plastics.
Models available with either horizontal tie, vertical tie or both (cross tie).

HDM Modular Conveyor
Description:
The HDM Modular Conveyor is the perfect solution to your material transfer needs. Designed by our experienced team to cope with the demands of the waste including on MRF system. These conveyors are constructed from sturdy, folded sections and are fully modular. Once the specification is decided the conveyor in supplied in kit form and can be delivered for self-assembly or professional installation. Ideal for the rapid movement or product around a facility to its next stage.

HDM Sort Conveyor
Description:
The HDM Sort conveyor is designed for the fast, efficient grading of clothes prior to being baled for export to Africa, Pakistan or Dubai. They are the industry standard for clothing grades worldwide and have been for over 35 years. They move clothing with controllable speed to each point of the grading system. The system can be tailored to suit the needs of your grading facility whether you process 10 tons a day or 100 tons a day. This system has also been used in many MRF Systems around the country due to its roll in the textile industry being so similar to the way in which waste is processed it naturally integrates to sorting waste too.

HDM Baler Feed Conveyor
Description:
HDM Baler Feed Conveyor can vary wildly defending on to the type of baler and the material to be bailed. For MRF sites and bulk baling of waste or materials for shredding, it would normally be preferable to use a chain drive conveyor pit or floor mounted. For clothing and material, a roller driven belt would be best.

Textile Balers
