The Heating & Drying ovens can also be used for drying materials, components and assemblies after manufacture and can also be used for curing materials glues and finishes on the products.The Heating & Drying Ovens are manufactured to a high standard and are fitted with an air circulating fan to achieve and optimise the Uniformity of the Temperature across the working interior of the ovens. They can achieve fast efficient heating to minimise the time for the heating & drying process due to the PID controller fitted to the Oven that ensures maximum efficiency with minimal power consumption.

JB Environmental Engineering Ltd can supply a range of Battery Test Chambers to meet the demands of testing Lithium-Ion battery cells and Battery packs in a safe and secure manner. The Battery test Chambers are based on our standard ranges of temperature test chambers and can include Humidity if required.The battery test chambers include additional safety features to mitigate the effects of a Lithium-Ion battery cell or Battery pack from failing and leaking out gasses and overheating through thermal runaway. The safety features include temperature limiters, low surface temperature heaters as well as door safety mechanisms to prevent the doors opening and electro-mechanical door locks. The battery test chambers also include pressure relief safety valves to release any addition pressure created from a battery cell failure and can also include gas monitoring systems and fire suppression systems that are automatically triggered in case of a battery fault.The Battery Test Chambers will be designed to meet the customers specification and requirements for their particular testing needs and risks analysis.

A Salt Spray Chamber is designed to create a hot, humid and salty atmosphere to test paints, coatings and materials resistance to corrosion.Salt Spray Chambers are used by many industries such as Marine, Automotive, Paint & coating manufactures and the defence industry to ensure that their products meet the exacting requirements of the environments they operate in. The products for testing are placed inside the Salt Spray Chamber, the Coated samples are then exposed to an artificial corrosion environment in these salt spray corrosion chambers to check if the coating surface is suitable for use as a protective finish on final products. Samples are tested inside a salt fog chamber for a predetermined amount of time, the higher the corrosion resistivity, the longer the test time in the salt fog chamber.

Rain test chambers and Drip test chambers are used to test the water tightness and resistance to water ingress on equipment that is mounted externally to a building so subjected to the weather or fitted in hazardous conditions. The Rain test Chambers and Drip Test Chambers allow the user to determine the IP rating for their equipment in an accurate and repeatable manner.The Rain test chambers & Drip test chambers are supplied in a range to match each individual test level as indicated below, however they can be supplied with combined tests for multiple tests to be carried out.

Industrial Water Chillers are used in processes that require cooling, such as cooling machinery, products and materials during operation.Our Industrial Water Chillers can be used anywhere that requires circulating water for cooling of machinery and equipment during use, such as the engineering industry, pharmaceutical industry, injection moulding, food and beverage, tool and die-cutting, lasers, chemicals, machine tools, semiconductors, and more.The Industrial Water Chillers are manufactured using quality corrosion free components and materials for longevity of service life and are fitted with a digital PID controller for the settings. The Industrial Water chillers can be supplied in standard sizes and can also be custom designed to match our customers specifications and requirements for their process. The customer can send use their requirement and required specifications so that we can design and build a system to achieve the required performance and conditions.

When using a “Universal Test Machine” for tensile or compression testing of materials and joints, it is often required to test the samples a different temperature including hot and cold including freezing temperatures, we can supply a Universal Test Machine Temperature chamber to interface with the universal test machine.

These Universal test machine temperature chambers are designed to fit inside the frame of the universal test machine and around the jaws of the machine to create a temperature around the test sample so that tests can be completed a temperature as low as -70°C up to +150°C. This is achieved by fitting the temperature chamber with ports in the top and bottom of the chamber for the universal test machine shafts to pass through that are fitted with sealing glands to ensure a good temperature seal.
