As a small company, we have the flexibility to develop tailored/custom testing equipment solutions for your individual test requirements. Our engineers will work with you on every stage of the process - from initial discussion as to the best way forward for you and your budget, through to quote, design, build and installation. You will always deal direct with experienced engineers, able to draw on cross-sector knowledge of different industries and processes

Test Chamber Service Contracts

Our aim at JTS is to provide a premium service to ensure reliability and to maintain optimum performance from our test chambers over their testing lifetime.We understand that every business is unique and therefore we offer maintenance contracts tailored to meet the needs of you and your test chamber. A typical Service Contract can include:
Cover periods starting at 12 months
Over the phone technical support.
Priority support and breakdown callout scheduling.
Limited and unlimited options for inclusive breakdown callouts, with usual service expenses covered.
1-2 planned maintenance visits per year for service and calibration.
And much more.

Test Chamber Service Callouts

At JTS, we recognise the importance of looking after our test chambers after they have left our shop floor. Should you encounter any problems or breakdowns, we offer over the phone troubleshooting and support to assess the problem and if needed we can schedule a visit from one of our engineers.

Test Chambers can suffer from a range of problems, and as such it is hard to put a fixed price on repair and maintenance work depending on what replacement parts might be needed as well as diagnosis and repair work time frames.

Technical Specification Sheets

We offer a range of standard specification temperature and temperature/humidity test chambers in a number of sizes, from bench top to floor standing models. If the specifications below do not exactly meet your needs, or you have some other accommodations, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss possibilities. If you require more fundamental changes, such as a walk in room, special testing requirements, or extended temperature ranges/rate of change, then click here to find out more about our bespoke, built-to-order chambers.All of our standard range include an access port, programmable temperature or temperature and humidity controller with standard Ethernet/USB interfaces and a shelf. Optional extras such as different controller interfaces, higher temperature ranges of 180°C, and a multi-glazed window are available. A full range of optional extras are available on enquiry. JTS is one of the UK’s few remaining manufacturers of environmental test chambers, and transitioned into Employee Ownership nearly 30 years since it was founded by Glen and Sue James in 1995.

Based in Brecon, Powys, James Technical Services have been offering a range of competitively priced temperature and humidity chambers and ovens. Sizes range from benchtop to floor standing, with a comprehensive range of optional extras.

All our test chambers are built to order so even in standard design we have the flexibility to meet your requirements. If you need something more specific we will work with you throughout the design and manufacture process to meet your test chamber needs.

We hold a large stock of used equipment which can provide an economic alternative to purchasing a new test chamber. Or if a test chamber is needed for short term use, we have a range of chambers available for hire.
