Linear Actuators

Linear actuators are a type of actuator that convert rotational motion in motors into linear or straight push/pull movements. Linear actuators are ideal for all types of applications where tilting, lifting, pulling or pushing with pounds of force are required. Electric linear actuators are often the preferred solution when you need simple, safe and clean movement with accurate precision and smooth motion control. LINAK created the first electric linear actuator in 1979 and has led the industry in linear movement ever since.

LA14

Extremely durable short-range linear actuator for applications operating in rough environments. Ensures reliable performance in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85 Celsius. ATEX/IECEx approved.

LA23 Deskline

Strong and low-noise linear actuator designed to fit into narrow spaces. Ideal for adjustable kitchens, industrial workstations and tables.

LA36

Extremely powerful linear actuator made by LINAK. Up to 6,800 N load, or up to 168 mm/s. Designed to operate in extreme conditions. A solid choice for industrial and agricultural applications.

Lifting Columns

LINAK Lifting Columns are hi-tech electrical devices able to convert rotational motion in low voltage DC motors into linear push/pull movement. Lifting columns are designed to deliver elegant height adjustment of modern office desks, a wide variety of workstations, as well as couches and tables in hospitals and general healthcare.

DL6IC

Basic 3-part lifting column with integrated control with a compact motor housing almost invisible in your desk design. Very sturdy and compatible with multiple desk designs.

UBL2

The Under Bed Light, UBL2, provides a powerful light distribution for Hospital and Care beds using LINAK actuator systems. Optional IPX6 Washable DURA™ classification.

LC3

Powerful lifting column for adjustable medical and industrial equipment. Comes in both 2-stage and 3-stage versions – each with unique features, making it ideal for a wealth of applications. A combination of speed, precision and power makes this column ideal for advanced operating tables to X-ray equipment, where space is limited.

Dual Actuators

LINAK dual actuators are hi-tech electric devices able to convey rotational motion in low voltage DC motors to push/pull adjustment in comfort beds. Electric dual actuators comprise the LINAK TWINDRIVE concept, and give designers of comfort furniture full design freedom.

TD4 Advanced

Low-weight all-in-one TWINDRIVE electric actuator ideal for slatted beds. Smooth and low-noise adjustment easy to control with Bluetooth® hand controls or your Smartphone.

Control Boxes

LINAK control boxes are the link between actuators (linear, dual or lifting columns) and the related controls used to administer their adjustment. Control boxes are a broad family of intelligent hubs allowing adjustment of various actuator applications. From hospitals and offices to waste water facilities, industrial automation, and heavy-duty machinery within agriculture and construction. They all benefit from actuator systems or solutions with a LINAK control box.

CB9 Careline Basic

The CB9C Basic is an analogue control box ideal for electric linear actuator systems in hospital beds, nursing home beds, and homecare beds. Easy to mount and wire, and comes with exchangeable cables and Electronic Overload Protection.

CBD6S

Lightweight and slim control box designed for LINAK actuator systems. Plug and play with any actuator for desks or workstations, low standby power (<0.1W), PVC-free, and low-noise performance.

CBJ Home

LINAK control box with built-in battery. Used in JUMBO systems with one or two actuators. Ensures comfort and comes with soft-start/stop function, emergency lowering, and recordable max SWL.

CO71

Powerful 4-channel LINAK OpenBus™ control box for advanced actuator systems used in various hospital, care and treatment applications, such as hospital beds, couches and tables and treatment chairs. Comes with 350 W SMPS, easy cable management, optional IPX6 Washable DURA™ water protection and Bluetooth® technology. Ready for CO-Link™ operation.

Controls

A LINAK control is the unit you use to control the movements of a LINAK actuator system. Use the control to decide if the actuator or lifting column should initiate movement. For LINAK actuator systems, there is a variety of control types for various applications. Some come as handsets, some as footswitches, while other applications come with PC/Mac control software or even a mobile device app, allowing you to use your tablet or smartphone as a handset control.

Bed Control Apps

LINAK Bed Control App for smartphone/tablet allows you to adjust the TWINDRIVE actuator in your leisure bed with your mobile device via Bluetooth. Available for Android and iOS.

Desk Control™ App

Connect your LINAK Desk Panel DPG with your iOS or Android mobile device, or to your desktop PC. Auto-connect, receive motivational notifications, and have statistics with overview to help utilise the office desk’s adjustment function more actively – and ultimately improve work habits.

DPA

The DPA is an easy-to-use desk panel for adjusting lifting columns in adjustable workstations or office desks. Simple, durable, and made to match almost any desk design.

DPF

The DPF is an elegant and compact desk panel for adjustable desks, tables and kitchens. Come with soft buttons intuitively placed and can control up to 3 references.

HB30

LINAK handset control unit, ideal for actuator systems in patient lifts, treatment chairs, couches and tables. Available for both analogue and OpenBus control boxes

Accessories

LINAK not only provides intelligent actuator systems. A wide range of accessories aimed to add diversity to your applications is also available. COL50 MK2

Take control to the next level. The COL50 is a 3-channel control box in a streamlined modern design that will raise the profile of your next lift project. The COL50 is part of the LIFT50™ product series, specially developed for mobile applications where the product is used in wet zones. The series consists of a control box, COL50, a BAL50 battery and an external charger, the CHL50.

DPG with Reminder

DPG1M, DPG1B and DPG1C are a family of intuitive LINAK® Desk Panels operated by a gentle tilt. They come with Bluetooth® wireless technology, memory and reminder functions.

Service Data Tool

Service Data Tool (SDT) for the LINAK CO-platform and CO-Link™, LIFT50™ and JUMBO™ Care systems, enabling easier troubleshooting during service maintenance - even for multichannel actuator solutions.
