Hot works are carried out for dismantling using oxy propane cutting equipment by our fully trained operatives. Hot works include MRI providing dedicated Fire Marshalls and all required Fire Fighting equipment and ventilation extract equipment. Nothing is left to chance.

Cold cutting equipment is also used to provide a minimal risk.

Whether it’s a small boiler or an entire industrial plant room MRI can provide a strip-out service. Our experienced operatives are fully trained. We pride ourselves on completing our work on time and with the minimum disruption to our customers.

Often major items of plant such as chillers/generators require a bespoke steel framework/base to sit upon and any required handrails/access.  We can fabricate, supply, and install this as part of a complete package ensuring minimum disruption to our clients.

As part of our work, we can supply and deliver (on our low loader vehicle) a range of forklift trucks including telehandlers plus drivers to offload the plant when no other offloading facilities are available onsite.

HIAB or Crane Lorry Hire UK wide (24/7 – 365 Days a year).

Having recently expanded our fleet of Crane Lorries we can now offer a full range of Cranage and Transport Services, often at short notice.

Our lorries range from a small flatbed  to a large crane lorry, some with a capability of lifting 16t@3.4m.

Whether it’s a Hot Tub we are lifting into a back garden, or a 15t Generator that requires delivery to site, we have the right Crane Lorry for you.

Fully experienced operators who carry all relevant ALLMI/CPCS accreditation.We have a monitored warehouse that is secure, fully alarmed, and available to store your item(s) prior to delivery if required.

MRI are running a top spec fleet of vehicles fitted with HIAB’S, fly booms, winches and clams.

HIAB vehicles in our fleet are fitted with full required safety equipment to meet current legislations.

The fleet is FORS Silver credited for any works required in the London area.

Excellent vehicles with professional ALLMI qualified operators.

Our newly built fleet of specialist vehicles including rigid and articulated vehicles as follows:

• 7.5t vehicle which has a pay load of 2.5t with a bed size of 5m x 2.5m.
• 32t vehicles with payloads of 10t and bed sizes of 7m x 2.5m. These vehicles also can run with a drawbar trailer.
• a 6m  flatbed trailer having a payload of up to 7t (general haulage).

All of our vehicles have a full arrest system and access equipment, and we are ALLMI and FORS Silver Accredited.

MRI undertakes Contract Crane Lifts in a wide variety of situations. Whether it’s a relatively simple lift with one of our HIAB lorries (often at short notice) or a complex multiple lift using a crane in the heart of The City – we deliver a safe, bespoke solution.

After a full site survey, our Appointed Person will prepare a full Lifting Plan detailing all the procedures, methodology, and safe systems of work that will ensure a smooth, trouble-free lifting operation.

All our operatives are fully experienced and hold all the relevant qualifications and accreditations. Our key personnel has been with us since the beginning – and as a result, are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of crane operations.

Every Contract Lift will be supervised by an Appointed Person with our Lift Supervisor ensuring that our team of experienced Slinger/Signalmen are made aware of every aspect of the lift. Nothing is left to chance!

Underground Carparks & Services beneath the streets of congested urban areas such as the City of London present their problems when planning and carrying out a crane lift.  Often there is no option other than to site a crane above these voids.  Working with structural engineers, MRI can provide an underpropping service that will allow a crane lift to be carried out when otherwise impossible.

MRI can supply and deliver a range of crane mats (both steel and wooden) to reduce ground loadings to an acceptable level during crane operations.

MRI offers a fully secure (24/7 CCTV Coverage) and alarmed storage facility. In addition, we provide forklift trucks and cranes to unload and load deliveries.

A secure, fully monitored warehouse is available to store your item(s) before delivery if required. The internal storage facility has a capacity of 250m2 and the external storage is also available with a capacity of 750m2.

Subsequently, with MRI’s facilities, and with our selection of forklift trucks and crane-mounted lorries, we can take delivery of the largest plant.
