The Accident & Incident system records accidents and incidents to employees and members of the public.

It determines which accidents are legally reportable and generates the form for the enforcing authorities. It includes detailed management of follow up and investigation processes including the capture of photographs and related documents. It allows for detailed analysis of the accident data by area, injury type, public and employees etc, and monitors staff absences. Automatic email and text messages are generated to immediately notify the relevant people of events. It can also be extended to incorporate claims and insurance data.

The Compliance Monitoring system provides a comprehensive set of site/location reports and user defined checklists. These range in frequency from daily to annual, providing a format for users to record controls and checks that they perform in compliance with the organisation’s health and safety policy, and insurance requirements.

Audit

The Audit module is based on our Compliance Monitoring module, but instead of an approach based on regular checks and assessments it is based on an “ad-hoc” audit basis, where users can set up audit visits in advance, select which areas are to be audited, and produce audit reports for site management at the end of the audit visit. Findings, recommendations and agreed actions are tracked and monitored, so site staff and management can be informed when agreed actions become overdue, review the status of actions and produce detailed reports of audit coverage and findings.

The Prime Risk Assessment module is based on a library of generic Risk Assessments which users can download to adapt to their own local needs. The adapted, or “localised” Risk Assessment is then uploaded back into Prime, and details about the Risk Assessments recorded, including an overall Risk Rating.
