SRS Flexi-Hire and Flexi+ A Unique, Fully Managed Service Model

SRS Flexi-Hire is our proven long term rental model, giving customers a rolling, fully managed solution without the commitments of ownership or fixed leases. Monthly costs cover machines, servicing, maintenance, refreshment and nationwide support. Fleets can be adjusted at any time, providing genuine operational flexibility and subscription-like budgeting.

Flexi+ includes high wear consumables such as brushes and squeegee blades for a small uplift in the monthly fee. This removes the last variable in cleaning budgets and ensures consistent performance across single or multi site operations. Together, SRS Flexi-Hire and Flexi+ offer a modern Equipment as a Service model that prioritises uptime, simplicity and long term value.

Short Term Rental

Short Term Rental is ideal for projects, shutdowns, seasonal peaks, restoration work and temporary requirements lasting from a few days up to six months. With extensive ready to dispatch stock, we provide rapid coverage for urgent demands. Machines are maintained while on site and collected immediately when the work is complete, supported by our national service network.

Ex-Hire Sales (ReSweep)

ReSweep offers a circular and sustainable route to ownership. Every ex hire unit has been maintained from new within our fleet, fully inspected and supplied with new or used battery options. It is a cost effective choice for lighter duty or lower usage environments, keeping high quality assets in productive use while delivering proven cleaning performance.

New Machine Sales

For customers preferring outright ownership, SRS supplies new scrubber dryers and sweepers from world class manufacturers. Each unit is prepared in house, delivered nationwide and supported with setup, familiarisation and optional service plans to protect long term performance.
