Storofile Ltd has been providing this service for over 18 years. With growing awareness around confidentiality, many of our customers now have an increasing number of shredding bags and boxes in their offices.

Storofile Ltd provides a secure document shredding and destruction service. We can collect shredding by the bag or box and will handle any volume, helping to keep your office free from clutter. Hessian bags are supplied free of charge for storing your documents prior to collection.

The secure disposal of confidential documents is a challenge every business faces at some stage. Our shredding service ensures complete confidentiality throughout both the collection and destruction process. Materials are gathered in secure bags or boxes and transported in our enclosed vehicles, then shredded to a fine cut to guarantee total destruction.

The shredded material is then re-pulped and a certificate of destruction can be provided upon request. This process not only enhances security but is also environmentally friendly, as all waste is fully recycled.

Storofile Ltd provides a comprehensive range of storage solutions, from archive document storage in secure archive boxes to housing files in our ultra-secure, safe and fire-resistant document and deed storage facility. We also supply extra heavy-duty archive boxes and offer a secure shredding service.

Located in Dorset, on the border of three counties, we deliver a fast and dependable service across Dorset (Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne), Hampshire (Southampton, Winchester, Portsmouth, New Milton, Andover), Wiltshire, London and the Home Counties.

Storofile Ltd offers a complete document scanning bureau service, capable of scanning everything from business cards to oversized A0 plans in both mono and colour. We can also convert microfiche and aperture cards into digital formats and supply them on self-contained CDs or DVDs for easy use on your PC.

At Storofile Ltd, we supply two sizes of extremely heavy-duty archive boxes. Our A3 and A4 storage boxes are built to a high standard and designed for maximum durability.

They are made to last for the entire lifetime of the documents stored inside, helping you avoid the ongoing cost of replacing cheaper, lower-quality boxes. Our A3 boxes are manufactured to our precise specifications and have internal dimensions of 425mm x 330mm x 254mm (16.5 inches x 13 inches x 10 inches).

At Storofile Ltd, we offer two sizes of exceptionally heavy-duty archive boxes. Our A4 and A3 storage boxes are high quality and strong enough to support the weight of a person.

Designed to last the lifetime of your documents, they help you avoid the expense of frequently replacing lower-quality boxes. Our A4 archive boxes are built to our own exacting specifications, with internal dimensions of 380mm x 278mm x 280mm (15 inches x 11 inches x 11 inches).
