Pressure Gauges
Pressure gauges are essential instruments used to measure the pressure of gases or liquids within a system. They provide critical data to monitor and maintain safe operating conditions in various industries, including manufacturing, HVAC, automotive, and oil and gas. These gauges typically consist of a dial or digital display that shows the pressure reading, which is measured in units such as pounds per square inch (PSI), bar, or pascal.

Pressure Transmitters
Unlike pressure gauges, which provide direct readings, pressure transmitters convert pressure measurements into an electrical signal, typically in the form of 4-20 mA or digital signals, that can be easily monitored, recorded, or analysed. These transmitters are widely used in industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, water treatment, and manufacturing, where precise and continuous pressure monitoring is critical for system performance and safety.

Diaphragm Seals
These seals consist of a flexible diaphragm, typically made of materials like stainless steel, which is placed between the pressure instrument and the process fluid. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, it flexes and transmits the pressure to the instrument, allowing it to accurately measure the pressure of the system without direct contact with the potentially harmful substances.

Thermometers
Common types of thermometers include mercury thermometers, bimetallic strip thermometers, thermocouples, and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), which offer different levels of precision and are used in fields such as manufacturing, HVAC, healthcare, and food production. Thermometers are crucial for monitoring temperature-sensitive processes, ensuring the safety and quality of products, and maintaining optimal operating conditions in systems like boilers, refrigeration units, and chemical reactors.

RTDS & Thermocouples
RTDs operate by measuring the change in electrical resistance of a material (typically platinum) as its temperature changes. Known for their high accuracy and stability, RTDs are ideal for precise temperature measurements in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, and HVAC. They provide reliable readings over a wide temperature range and are particularly effective in applications requiring long-term stability.
