Newton HydroTank 301-EP Metal Construction Joint Waterbar

Cementitious coating for the waterproofing and protection of concrete and masonry. Can be spray-applied so ideal for large projects. Suited to the waterproofing of reservoirs, tunnels, water tanks, basements, podium decks, flat roofs and balconies.

• Correctly prepared suitable substrates include concrete of at least 20 kN, steel, masonry and screed.
• Can be applied via squeegee, roller, airless spray, pin leveller, brush or trowel.
• CE marked and manufactured in accordance with EN 1504-2: 2004.
• Guaranteed to resist weathering for up to ten years.

Newton CDM BaseDrain and CDM FloorDrain is the drainage system used most commonly within the Newton CDM System − A range of products that collectively receive water ingressing at weaknesses within the structure and then discharge the collected water to a Newton Basement Pumping System or safe drainage.

The 18 mm holes drilled in both sides of the profile, as well as to the top surface, allows water from beneath the CDM Fibran XPS-500C insulation boards and within the spacer zone to enter the drainage channels more easily.

Flat Loose Laid High Grade Flooring Membrane – Primarily for isolating moisture sensitive flooring from dampness in the floor slab, but can also be used as the floor membrane as part of the Newton CDM System, when the survey has ascertained that there is no risk of water entering through the body of the slab.
