Scan on demand offers the ultimate in efficiency. We collect, catalogue and store your hard copy files in our secure archives. Then, rather than delivering the original file to your office, the content of the file is scanned and returned to the archive in its original location.

The scanned image is loaded into our database for future use. The file is normally scanned and saved in a pdf file type. Other formats can be used for colour images etc. The file can then be electronicaly transfer encrypted to you. Large files can be transfered securly with no software to learn or manage.

Large Document Scanning Services

Pinnacle Data Management have been looking after documents of all sizes since 1994 and are trusted by hundreds of clients. We fully understand the importance of document storage, whether it be physical or digital.

Large documents are by their nature more difficult to store than standard A4 and A3 sizes, which is why businesses come to us for our large format scanning services. We scan AO, A1 and A2 size documents and either store them in a searchable database or supply the digital files in PDF format or any other required.

Document Shredding

Pinnacle Data Management manages the destruction of your files at the end off their life.

The database stores the expected destruction date and a report of all boxes which have reached their date can be provided when ever necessary. Once confirmed, the boxes are removed from the archive and shredded all paper is sent to the paper mill for recycling into tissue or paper.
