Famous Faces at Goodwood

Sovereign staff at the Goodwood Revival were surprised when two famous faces visited the company's exhibition area.
Residential and Commercial Sales Manager, Richard Pennington and Senior Designer, Michaela Jordan from leading playground provider, Sovereign Play Equipment, were surprised by a celebrity visit to their exhibition stand at the Goodwood Revival event which took place from 13-15 September.Actors and comedians, Mark Williams and Steve Coogan, dropped by to eat their lunch on the picnic tables at the Sovereign stand during the three day event at Goodwood circuit in Chichester, West Sussex, which is billed as “the world’s most popular historic motor race meeting”. While they ate, the daughter of a friend who was exhibiting opposite Sovereign played on the equipment.
The annual festival, which is a popular family event, showcases the types of road racing cars and motorcycles that would have competed during the circuit’s original period between 1948 and 1966. Sovereign had previously exhibited at the Goodwood Festival of Speed earlier in the year and had agreed with the event organiser that, in addition to exhibition space, it would provide some play equipment onsite for children to use during the Goodwood Revival.
