We offer a full range of heat treatment products for on-site use in pre- and post-weld vessel and pipework processes, serving industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, fabrication, shipbuilding, power generation, construction, and metal processing.
Our Products Include:
Flexible Ceramic Pad Heaters
Our flexible ceramic pad heaters (FCPs) are constructed with high-grade NiCr 80/20 19-strand wire and insulated with sintered alumina oxide beads, providing both flexibility and enhanced heat transfer. Each tail is terminated with your choice of Camlock or Dinse connectors.
Magnetised Insulated Preheaters
These preheaters are designed for preheating circumferential and longitudinal welds. Available in 3kW and 4kW, each unit features a high-grade ceramic fibre insulation mat encased in stainless steel mesh, a stainless steel backing plate with handles for easy handling, and three high-temperature resistant magnets for secure attachment. Cold tails can be terminated with either Camlock or Dinse connectors.
Channel & Multibank Heaters
Channel heaters are intended for pre- and post-weld heat treatment of large structures, fabrications, and vessels. They can be used as a temporary furnace setup or mounted directly onto the workpiece.
Wraparound Heaters
Our wraparound heaters provide a convenient and time-saving solution for pre- and post-weld treatment of pipework and cylindrical applications. They are available in standard BSP sizes and can also be made to custom sizes and voltages upon request.
