5 Axis Machining

The four 5 axis machining centres in our workshop provide the capacity and capability to manufacture complex components to the tightest tolerances. Combined with over 30 years precision engineering experience and ISO 9001:2008 approvals, your project is in the safest hands.

3D Scanning Service

We help our clients utilise 3D Scanning for replicating objects or for scaling objects up or down. 3D Scanning can also be combined with 3D Printing to effectively reproduce objects with the desired material. We also extract CAD (Computer Aided Design) data to help design personalised products and reverse engineer old components which may not have original CAD files.
Whether you wish to reverse engineer or inspect a part, scan an object, we are driven to achieve the results you require. We take great care to listen to the exact details of your project and tailor our service to ensure the result is achieved as quickly and cost effectively as possible without compromising the accuracy or detail you require.
As well as 3D Scanning, we offer a range of services including 3D Printing.

The TruLaser 3060 Fiber

They impress with their high level of flexibility and cost-effectiveness: You can cut all sheet thickness profitably. The TruDisk solid-state laser enables the processing of non-ferrous metals and provides you with a productivity benefit in thick and thin sheet. BrightLine fiber guarantees the highest edge quality and facilitates part removal. Numerous other functions ensure the highest reliability and performance possible.
