Print Management

Design / Artwork Bureau
Our studio offers a full design service covering complete re-branding through to simple changes to existing forms. We currently run all industry standard programs such as Quark, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop amongst others, but can accept most files. We have a large file “drop box” facility to make transferring artwork files more efficient, ensuring its smooth and safe arrival. We proof most projects on email which suits many of our clients, but where colour and quality is of the utmost importance, we provide colour match proofing and press pulls.
Delivery Facilities
Although we manage our own van, warehouse, and fork-lift service, we primarily utilise parcel couriers and pallet services for most of our consignments. All local deliveries are carried out using our own van, particularly for time-sensitive orders. We understand that print can sometimes be overlooked and that situations can arise at the last minute!
Everyday Office Print
Our range of office stationery primarily includes letterheads, compliment slips, and business cards. Having these products pre-printed with your company logo, along with any accreditations attained, and in your correct corporate colours and branding, helps to enhance your professional image significantly.
Letterheads are typically produced in A4 size, although A5 is also available. We offer a vast selection of papers, with the capability to print up to four colours in a single pass, and the option to print on the reverse side as required.

Continuous Business Forms
Ideal for invoices, delivery notes, weighbridge tickets, and conveyance notes
The era of continuous forms is far from over! The classic tractor-feed format remains the preferred choice for businesses, eliminating the hassle of printing endless copies of laser forms. The advantage of continuous NCR forms lies in their ability to produce multiple copies in a single pass, each personalised with your company name and details, meticulously tailored to meet your specifications.
With these forms, you only need to sign once, and the signature is seamlessly transferred to each copy! This feature is particularly useful when dealing with a four-part form.
Our continuous forms can be printed in four vibrant colours in one go, with the option for printing on the reverse side as well.

Register Sets
Still these lovely, classic forms are being produced by Barrett Print in large volumes! A perfect hand written receipt, still used by many, many outlets on their front counter.
These are available in three sizes, 6” x 4” (small), 8.5” x 5.5” (medium) and 8.5” x 8.5” (large).
They come in 2 part, 3 part or 4 part, with coloured sheets and fit all traditional Twinlock machines.
You can have copy changes on each sheet or for cost effectiveness, they can all stay the same. Its up to you!
Adding your branded logo in colour is a popular choice, or again, for cost effectiveness, you can keep everything printing in black.
