The Universal carry handle is engineered for portable units up to 6U in size and weighing a maximum of 30kg. These handles can also be adjusted to support enclosures in an ergonomic manner, enhancing operator comfort.

Elma U-Handles are crafted from die-cast aluminium or anodised aluminium, available in both clear and black finishes to ensure a highly durable solution. They are suitable for enclosures ranging from 1U to 6U in size and can be securely attached using M4x8 bolts. For those looking for a more compact option, we also offer U-Handles in steel, featuring dimensions of 29mm in length, 18mm in depth, and a diameter of 4mm, fixed in place with M2.5×5 bolts.

Additionally, Elma provides a variety of push-in and self-adhesive standard enclosure feet, as well as glass-fibre reinforced feet that can be purchased with or without a tilt option. The tilt option boasts an impressive carrying capacity of 30kg per set and is an excellent choice for the front feet of an enclosure, facilitating an elevated position for easier operator access.

Elma’s range of rigid-mounted handles are manufactured from extruded aluminium which has clear anodisation or alternatively from reinforced nylon. Both options are available in different width relating to different panels widths ranging between 3HP to 84HP.

Elma’s IEC ejector handles allow for trouble-free extraction of electronic units and are produced in black or grey, glass-reinforced, plastic with stainless steel reset springs and nickel-plated zinc cardholders.

IEEE ejector handles are also available and are manufactured with the same robust design as Elma’s IEC ejector handles and as standard are designed without latching. If latching is required Elma’s range of IEEE hot-swap injector/ejector handles do include latching as standard via the use of a red plastic actuator. The hot-swap handles and are available in classic and telecom variations with the telecom style being available in both long and short variants. All of Elma’s IEEE hot-swap handles are designed with the same robust glass-reinforced plastic handles and metal internal workings as their IEC counterparts.

The AN1/AN8/AN9/ANG series of angle position sensors from ZF are innovative non-contact position sensors that utilise Hall effect technology. The AN1 features a spring return design with integrated magnets, providing precise orientation through a linear output across a rotation range of 5° to 85°. In contrast, the AN8, AN9, and ANG models are designed as non-contact sensors that boast an exceptionally long service life, thanks to their lack of mechanical wear, and are capable of 360° rotation.

The AN8, AN9, and ANG models can be programmed to accommodate specific angle ranges, slopes, PWM outputs, and can even utilise custom magnets. The SD74/SD84/SDB4 series of speed and direction sensor kits from ZF are equipped with two internal Hall effect cells. One cell is responsible for speed detection, while the other works in conjunction to ascertain the direction of movement.

These new sensor kits offer enhanced customisation options and are available in a range of shaft lengths: 20mm, 35mm, 45mm, and 60mm, alongside shaft diameters from 12mm to 20mm. Built with a robust plastic housing and designed to provide sealing to IP67, the sensor kits can be supplied with cut-end cables or fitted with pre-installed connectors, available in both 90-degree angled and straight cable outlet configurations.

With an electrical rating for an operating voltage range of 4.5VDC to 24VDC and a maximum supply current of 13mA, the SD74/SD84/SDB4 series is perfectly suited for use in applications such as electric drives (both stationary and mobile), automation systems, conveyors, and wind turbines.

The GCK series of coded rotary switches from Lorlin are single-pole switches available in 2 to 16 positions across a 360° range, featuring hexadecimal Grey coding in standard (22.5° indexing – 4-bit) or complimentary (45° indexing – 3-bit) formats. The Type E33 Series from Elma is a high-performance miniature mechanical incremental encoder. Designed with Elma’s exclusive Swiss Click Indexing System, it ensures consistent rotational torque throughout the encoder's entire lifespan. These encoders are available in either 16 or 32 positions and can feature smooth action or include detents, with switching torques ranging from 0.5Ncm to 4.5Ncm. For enhanced functionality, the Type E33 series also offers a shaft pushbutton actuation with a pushbutton force of 3, 6, 10, or 14N. The compact housing dimensions of just 11.5 x 12.3 x 4.9mm enable the encoder to be seamlessly integrated into various designs, while THT or SMT reflow terminations facilitate quick and straightforward installation. As with the majority of Elma products, there is an extensive range of shaft dimensions and shapes that complement their plastic or metal knobs, providing designers with numerous aesthetic options. To simplify assembly and integration, the Type E33 series SMT version of encoders can be purchased pre-mounted onto a circuit board. These come with or without a debounce circuit and can be customised with an FFC or Micro-MaTch Connector, ribbon cable, or soldering connections. With a rotational lifespan of up to 1 million revolutions and front panel sealing rated up to IP68, the Type E33 series is ideal for applications such as avionics instrumentation, testing equipment, two-way radio devices, medical devices, high-end entertainment systems, and many other industrial applications.

The WIRL series of sealed key lock switches from Lorlin are double pole switches with 2 positions and momentary operation. Designed for cut outs of 16mm diameter and using flat key types with 200 different combinations, the key is removable in position 1 only with indexing at 60°. Electrically rated to 1A at 115VAC/24VDC with solder style terminations a mechanical life of 10,000 cycles and sealed to IP67 rating. The WIRL series is perfect for applications where security for system activation and IP67 sealing is required such as Industrial Control Systems, Robotic Systems, Automated Systems, and Secure Control Panels.
