This one-day SHEA Gas scheme is designed for all persons involved in the operational activities of the gas industry who require access to sites, both permanent and temporary, including all levels of operatives, supervisors, and management. We can deliver online or in a classroom. If your SHEA Gas is in date you can do the 0.5 day EUSR SHEA Gas Renewal course instead.

The training is suitable for both operators and supervisors and follows National Occupational Standards and covers pipelines ranging from small-diameter service pipes to large trunk mains (90 mm–1,400 mm).

This training course has been mapped to CABWI MUNC10 (NCO water) and City and Guilds 6028-21 Unit 211 (NCO Gas) and EUS MUNC17 Joint Materials by Butt Fusion processes.

CITB TWCTC (Temporary Works Co-ordinator Training Course) is a two-day course designed to help those who have responsibility for managing all forms of temporary works on site. The course seeks to improve the knowledge of this role and the temporary works environment.

An accepted way of achieving this is through the adoption of the management process outlined in BS 5975:2019, which introduces the temporary works co-ordinator (TWC) as a key figure.
