At 16, he developed medical database systems for a bowel research team, and in his early 20's, he worked at a mailshot management firm handling millions of records for high profile clients. Mobunti Ltd was formed 25 years ago (under a different name) to provide data and data-related services to businesses.
In the mid 1990's we developed a data sharing and management system for vehicle registration number dealers to share available stock which is still being used 20 years later. Additionally, we have been managing data for more than 45 million unissued DVLA registration numbers that are updated daily.
We developed a company formation system that integrated electronically with Companies House in Cardiff in 2000, and partnered with another client offering a similar service a few years later. As a result, we manage an unsold DVLA number dataset of 45 million records, a Royal Mail address dataset of 29 million records, several million distance-related postcode records from Ordnance Survey, as well as 2500 records of newly formed companies (across the UK) from Companies House every day. Data is what we like, as you might have guessed!! When it comes to business-related requirements, we like technical solutions.
Our Services Include: Company Formations Service for Accountants & Professionals
Since 2001, we have provided accounting services. Limited By Shares companies can be formed online as a guaranteed same day service (before 3pm) or via the standard Companies House service within 24 hours (usually 8 hours). With our electronic only service, we'll email you all the documents, or you can receive unbranded company registers and documents to give directly to your clients. An on-demand service that can be paid as you go. There is no minimum requirement. Direct debit agreements and credit accounts are available to regular users.

Checks cost £3.99+VAT each. There are no contracts, and there are no minimum processing requirements. In order to perform an online identity check, you must be a 'registered fee payer' with the Information Commissions Office (formerly known as a Data Protection Act data subject) and a registered user. Data filtering is what we do. Companies in particular industries or areas of the country can be identified, as well as those formed within a given period of time. The data can be counted as many times as you like, until you are satisfied with the quantity. Then you simply pay 15 pence per company (minimum 100). You only pay for what you use, no contracts.
