We recently received an award for a Resin Terrazzo installation at a Nando’s restaurant. Over 400 linear meters of brass trim were precisely measured, cut, and shaped on-site to align the floor pattern with the wall design. The resin was then installed and carefully ground and polished to highlight the intricate pattern. Additionally, tabletops, worktops, wall panels, and splashbacks were pre-formed off-site.

Epoxy Garage Floor Coating Installation

When the new Ferrari and Maserati showroom was built, Surtech Multiquartz was installed in the upper showroom.

Because of issues with the floor slab construction, traditional flooring methods were not suitable due to uneven levels. Surtech Multiquartz provided a solution, delivering the high-end finish the client desired.

The stone was dyed to perfectly match the Ferrari tiles used throughout the rest of the showroom.

During the refurbishment of Yamaha Motors (UK) Ltd’s headquarters, AltroTect Plus was selected for the workshops for its exceptional durability and strength.

Before installation, the entire floor was diamond-ground to create a smooth, flawless surface for the coating.

For Angel Square, an office building in North London, a distinctive front-of-house design was requested.

Designer Rowan Taylor of Shed Design Architects recommended Altro resin for the 1,000m² space. Altro Mosaic was chosen for its versatility, durability, and decorative appeal, with bespoke colours selected to complement the office design. Applied to both floors and walls, it created a unique, flexible, and customised front-of-house feature.

“The resin trays redefine the space and introduce a new architectural element without compromising the building’s features,” said Taylor.

SurTech Ltd was appointed to install the mosaic, leveraging our extensive experience and expertise in applying resin to large wall surfaces.

We chose Altroscreed Quartz for the toilet floors at Legoland Windsor, offering a durable, visually appealing surface with excellent slip resistance. Cove skirtings were installed seamlessly to create a completely smooth, continuous finish.

This major project at the Museum of London, one of the world’s largest urban history museums, involved a £20 million investment in the Galleries of Modern London and the Clore Learning Centre. The new permanent exhibitions guide visitors through London’s dynamic history from 1666 to the present across five galleries showcasing 7,000 objects.

Surtech installed multiple BASF resin flooring systems, allowing the museum to incorporate a variety of flooring finishes within the same spaces, seamlessly integrated as part of each exhibition. The ability to provide diverse solutions from a single source was key to maintaining the creative continuity of each gallery’s design.

The floor was installed by Chertsey-based Surtech Limited, who received a Highly Commended award in the FeRFA Product of the Year 2009 for the exceptional quality of their work. Andy James, Surtech MD, commented, “We’re thrilled with the outcome of this major project. It’s a double honour to have contributed to such a nationally significant building and to be recognised by our industry for our expertise.”

When a new entrance lobby was created at Ellen Wilkinson School, the client and architects wanted a premium floor finish with a striking visual impact.

Ardex Pandomo Micro Terrazzo was selected, featuring a bespoke aggregate mix of marble, clear, and mirrored glass.

To complement the floor, the central staircase was clad in pre-cast panels, which were manufactured on-site at our facility and then installed at the school.

Resin Terrazzo was installed to create a durable, easy-to-clean surface for corridors and staircases. A black diamond pattern, along with the school’s logo, was incorporated into the design, delivering both a practical and elegantly branded finish.

Multiquartz marble, made with Italian rounded marble and clear epoxy resin, was used to create a distinctive surface that highlights the premium range of furniture.

When fashion designer Emilia Wickstead renovated her Sloane Street store, designer Fran Hickman selected resin Terrazzo for the flooring. Several samples were tested, with the final design featuring a pale pink base with white marble and pink recycled glass aggregates.

In addition to the floor and steps, bespoke furniture was clad in the same resin Terrazzo, all manufactured in-house. This project earned “Small Commercial Project of the Year 2016” from FeRFA, the recognised association for the resin flooring industry.
