A 20,000 square metre unit required sealing, and we had just the right product available.

After acquiring a large new unit, this customer needed the entire area sealed. 

Our teams employed multiple diamond floor grinders to prepare the surface for the water-based epoxy system that would be used to seal the floor. 

The system applied incorporated a polymer bead, enabling us to achieve a subtle anti-slip texture.

Dogs deserve quality flooring too!

This recently built dog kennel required a durable floor solution capable of withstanding the daily foot traffic of numerous dogs.

The system implemented was a 9mm polyurethane screed with coving. This robust system can be steam cleaned at temperatures of up to 100 degrees Celsius, allowing for rapid cleaning between dog visits while ensuring the necessary hygiene standards are upheld.

The client was extremely pleased with the outcome of the final finish.

Capeland received an enquiry from a customer seeking the supply and application of a 2mm trowel-finish epoxy self-levelling system. 

Following the preparation of the floor using diamond floor grinders, we applied two coats of epoxy primer before laying the trowelled 2mm epoxy self-leveller, which was then completed with a seal coat incorporating an anti-slip component.

This system provides a seamless finish, resulting in a high-performance floor with a contemporary aesthetic.

Our self-levelling epoxy products effectively eliminate all imperfections in the concrete subfloor, ensuring a beautifully uniform finish is achieved.

Following a call from a customer experiencing issues with tiles in their swimming pool changing rooms, we recommended a solution that not only outperforms the previous setup but also adds a vibrant touch to the space!

Once we removed all the tiles and prepared the exposed concrete with diamond floor grinders, we applied two coats of epoxy primer, followed by a body coat, and sprinkled the floor with stunning blue flakes. We sealed it all with two final coats to achieve a magnificent finish.

Our flake system is seamless, eliminating the problem of trapped dirt in grout lines and preventing water pooling.
