Side ram and transfer ram presses allow us to design and make everything from small insulators for the electronic industry through to one-piece railway carriage seats for trains and many more applications. Parts made in compression materials do not warp, shrink, expand, and offer higher fire resistance and strengh.

The finishing services we provide include:
Post mould inserting by heat, ultra-sonics or mechanical − using metal brass and plated inserts, to provide threaded hole or stud fixings.
Drilling − to provide clean diameter holes
Thread tapping − either of plain mould-in inserts or directly into the moulded article from small threads to M110 x 3
