Hardwood Half Lap Flooring

Durable, heavy-duty timber ideal for all types of truck and trailer floors.

Available in 22mm and 28mm thicknesses.

Each board measures 140mm wide with two 5mm rebates, giving a 130mm visible surface.

Also known as “Safadeck” or “E.G.L” flooring.

Constructed with Keruing/Kapur outer layers for hardness and Sepetir or mixed red hardwood cores for strength and reduced weight. Boards are machined with a half-lap pattern and “crusher bead” to allow expansion without warping.

Designed for commercial vehicle floors in vans and curtainsiders, but suitable for general or domestic use.

Dimensions: 305mm (12″) cover width, 22mm or 28mm thick, 3800mm long.

This is our new aluminium dropside plank/capping system, created exclusively by John Adams. It features a more contemporary design while offering improved practicality compared to standard dropside planking systems. As well as being lighter in weight, it also allows for custom graphics and accommodates over-centre locks and conspicuity tape. Supplied in either anodised or mill finish.
