HVAC Installation
Our expert field installation team offers the flexibility to implement customised design solutions, using your preferred manufacturer’s equipment, whether for single or multiple units. Installations include a manufacturer’s warranty of 3–10 years, depending on the equipment and specifications. Upon completion, you’ll receive a commissioning report and an FGAS log book.
All our engineers are fully qualified, compliant, professional, and highly skilled.
HVAC Planned & Reactive Maintenance
Our planned maintenance team works to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of your system with every visit, going the extra mile to run and test equipment and prevent potential failures.
Our experienced reactive maintenance engineers carry sufficient van stock to achieve first-time fixes whenever possible. If additional work is needed, you’ll receive a detailed report of our findings along with a competitive quotation.

Artemis FM specialise in the design, installation, planned and reactive maintenance for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) providing our services to hotels, restaurants, schools & colleges, retail outlets, office blocks, residential and more.
We also partner with several trusted contractors to increase our capabilities, offering - Gas, plumbing, and heating - HVAC systems - Lighting, electrical, and mechanical - Fire safety systems - Building maintenance work.
With a combination of over 30 years industry and business knowledge/experience we confidently implement these 3 principles -

We have set up our business to be process driven by applying 5S + 1 to everything we do - Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain + Safety. This makes our company extremely LEAN resulting in cost effectiveness without negatively impacting any standards of work, capabilities, or compliance.
We invest in a market leading, field service management software system, that will efficiently allow Artemis FM to manage your assets and will generate FGAS logbooks and leak test records. For all our contractual customers we offer a free of charge customer portal which allows you to access all your assets (that we maintain) at any time, their condition, any outstanding quotations/recommendations and a live calendar of any future works and ongoing maintenance schedules.
