CES have a number of cleanroom consumable solutions including a validated and audit approved ISO Class 5 cleanroom “The Microzone”, where we are able to repack cleanroom consumables and disposable garments into various non-standard and bespoke packaging configurations.

CES are able to pack a full range of cleanroom consumables to the customers own bespoke requirements. For example, cleanroom wipes can be re-bagged to a customised pack size or disposable coveralls can be single packed. All re-packed products can be double, or triple bagged and can be sterilised by gamma irradiation if required. 

CES are able to provide market leading cleanroom laundry and garment services via its parent company Micronclean Ltd. Micronclean are the UK’s leading provider of cleanroom laundry services and cleanroom garments. Micronclean operate from 3 sites located within the UK, Skegness, Louth & Grantham.

Micronclean’s ISO 4 (EU GMP Grade B) facility, has been purpose built to exceed the needs of today’s modern cleanroom requirements.

All garments received for processing are identified and scanned into the facility. They are then fully inspected via light tables to identify any repairs or issues in line with exacting customer requirements, whilst ensuring compliance with GMP requirements. Any actions required are completed in-house and logged onto the Protrack database against the item’s unique barcode and then the item is returned to processing.

Using Micronclean’s validated cleanroom wash programs, garments are processed using barrier washing machines into our ISO Class 4 (EU GMP Grade B) cleanroom . Cleanroom garments are then placed into positive pressure, HEPA filtered tumble dryers to complete processing and aid final particulate removal.

Cleanroom garments are then folded and packaged before the addition of batch information for full traceability.

GMP Annex 1 compatible autoclavable goggle with an indirect vent at the top and a non-vented bottom for additional safety. The Isoclave CF is made with super soft silicon housing to ensure comfort and a wide view anti-fog coated lens. Suitable for autoclaving at 121 °C for 30 minutes, the Isoclave CF offers up to 35 cycles on the lens and 40 on straps and housing, under lab conditions. The CF is supplied with a clip strap fastener for easy donning and may be worn over eyeglasses.

Berkshire Durx 6709 Cleanroom Wipe Superior strength and absorbency make Durx® 670 an ideal choice for a general purpose cleanroom wipe. Manufactured without the use of binders or surfactants, ion levels and organic extractables remain low. Durx 670® can be used for cleaning and maintenance in laboratories, aerospace, defence electronics, food processing, computer assembly and semiconductor, circuit board, pharmaceutical, and biomedical device manufacture.

They make an ideal upgrade from conventional “lint free” wipes used in the printing industry due to the additional process used in the manufacturing stage of the wipers.

 A cleanroom wipe is amongst the most critical of all the consumable products used within a controlled environment. It is therefore essential to select a wipe that meets all of the relevant criteria from the wide range available. Whilst many products may appear similar their intended use and product attributes are quite often diverse. We will be pleased to provide advice and assistance in the wiper selection process. Working with several major specialists our range of wipers are illustrated by product type. All manufacturers have products suited to most applications and classifications of cleanroom or controlled environment. CES also have access to a very large range of cleanroom swabs.

Choice® Cleanroom Socks are made of continuous filament polyester yarn and are laundered and packaged in a Class 4 cleanroom to minimise bioburden levels and reduce particulate contamination in critical environments. It offers an excellent barrier against fine particles and fibres (down to 1 micron in size), is ultra low linting and antistatically treated. SpillEx is a disposable super absorbing floor cloth designed for fast spill removal of a wide range of water based liquids from hard floors e.g. blood in operation theatres, urine in elderly homes or to quickly remove soft drink spillages that may cause a slip risk in restaurants or supermarkets.SpillEx, the super absorbent spill remover ensures fast, safe removal of liquids before actual floor mopping takes place.

SpillEx Spill Control

With SpillEx you have the most secure solution to absorb before cleaning. The spill remover absorbs 1.200 ml of water and up to 500 ml of NaCl 0.9%. Once absorbed, the liquid is converted into a gel, so it will not drip when lifting.                                                  No leaking fluids, no direct hand contact, no risk of soiling the bucket water with the spillage and therefore no risk of cross contamination.

Quick and easy spill removal

• Place SpillEx on the spillage, with the absorbent unprinted side down.
• Wait until the spillage is completely soaked up by the spill remover. If the spillage area is bigger than the SpillEx – simply move the spill remover and cover the remaining spillage area.
• Pick up the used SpillEx and dispose of it. Always wear gloves for safety.

The Cleanroom sticky floor mats feature layers of adhesive film and the bottom of the mat has an adhesive to stick the mat to the floor. Constructed with a patented non latex spacer to maintain clear breathing space, the BioClean DB Sterile Pouch style Face mask with Neck Guard ensures exceptional breathability, comfort and protection for the wearer. The outer and inner facings of these face masks are made from non woven spunbonded polyester between which is an outstandingly efficient particle and bacteria filtration layer of meltblown polyester. The three layers are ultrasonically sealed giving high strength seams. The mask’s fully enclosed nose band is made from coated malleable aluminium and the headloops from tubular knitted polyurethane Spandex yarn. The integral neck guard is made from spunbond polyester. Sterilization is by gamma irradiation. With a shelf life of five years, the “one size fits all” white mask is manufactured in a facility holding ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certifications and processed to ensure ISO Class 4 and EU GMP Grade A compatibility.
