Anti Collapse Mesh can be fixed to the rear of pallet racking or shelving to protect operatives when there is a potential risk from falling objects. The system can also be used as a fence to reduce the risk to operatives from machinery, fork lift trucks or other mechanical handling and automated equipment.

We operate with our own experienced in-house installation team who have all the experience and SEIRS training required to complete your project correctly and safely. They are all fully qualified to drive fork lift trucks and scissor lifts/MEWPs and carry all licences with them. 

Each engineer is fully trained on the most recent Health & Safety Regulations, and carry CSCS cards for the Installation of Storage Equipment.

We can supply all Plant to carry out the work where necessary, and we will supply all Risk Assessments and Method Statements so you are fully aware of our intended work methods.

A project Coordinator is assigned to most project to help make run as smoothly as possible, with regular site visit before, during and after this really ensures we can act quickly should we need to.                                 

There is no given timescale for the carrying out of inspections by SEMA, as all operations differ. As such, the requirement should be assessed by you given the knowledge of your own operation and a decision taken on the frequency of audits in light of that assessment. It may be possible for your own personnel to undertake weekly or monthly inspections once they have been suitably trained. We are in a position to offer training in assessing rack damage.

The courses that we offer are carried out to SEMA guidelines and by an SARI and one of our SEMA Approved Rack Inspectors. With over 33 years’ experience. The course comprises of a 1 day classroom based session, that would be held at King’s Lynn premises . The classroom element of the course covers the Inspection Guidelines along with product information and photographs of damaged components and rack collapses. A complete copy of the course presentation will be given to each trainee. Following this session, the trainees would then be taken to the warehouse to view a damaged rack and to answer any questions. Finally, a written test is completed where the pass mark is 80%. Each trainee would be issued with a certificate following satisfactory completion of a written test at the completion of the course, with the certificate being valid for 36 months. At the end of this time, we recommend to resit and take a refresher course.                                  

1. ENQUIRY RECEIVED            

When we receive you enquiry either by phone, email or through the website it gets logged onto our system and assigned to the best member of staff to action. Depending on the type of enquiry we may be able to submit a quotation back to you. However in most instance we prefer to attend site, meet in person and discuss in more detail and get a better understanding of your requirements.          

2. FREE SITE SURVEY                                                                                              

After agreeing a suitable time to attend site, and complying with your companies PPE policies. We meet with you and assess your requirements, talk through some solutions and gather a picture of what would be best suited to your business. Before leaving site we survey the area and hand over some literature.

3. DESIGN & LAYOUT                                                                   

Having talked through the different storage solution and taken site dimensions, your details are then passed to our design/ team who start putting together a CAD drawing and using our in-house technical software start to design the correct storage specification to suit your needs. Our proposed designs are in line with SEMA and load tested by our manufactures. We then present back a couple of options for you to review and make changes should you wish.                                                

4. QUOTATION                                                                                                                 

Once we have established your preferred option, we provide a written quotation detailing the specification of your requirements. From here we can make tweaks if required and if necessary talk through on site.
