Our legionella risk assessments are carried out by experienced assessors which include a full site survey, testing of all risk systems identified, inspection of systems and schematic drawings.

The report is an easy to read tool to assist you put together (or fine tune) your maintenance regime, and will highlight any potential failures in the management of legionella control.

Prioritised actions will be recommended with justification and photographic evidence.

Our legionella risk assessments are totally independent and completed without prejudice and with no commercial or financial objectives.

ME Environmental Limited strive to reduce our impact on the environment, and where possible are paperless. For this reason, all service work is recorded and reported electronically as standard, as part of the service. We do not charge extra for this service in our commitment to help the environment.

Within out Service Contract offering, we can be totally flexible and work with you and your water systems to ensure they are managed and tested according to the risk and requirements.

We are fully equipped to complete any task required on any visit, and should we highlight any issues of immediate concern, we will aim to resolve whilst onsite, rather than report after the fact and charge for a re-visit.

We aim to work efficiently, and offer discounts based on location of business and how efficient we can work in an area.

Water storage and systems can become contaminated over time, particularly with recent government imposed restrictions which have resulted in less water used in many properties which have been closed. This leads to stagnation and potentially harmful bacteria within water systems.

Microbial sampling, inspection and testing can identify if/when and at what frequency systems should be disinfected.

We are equipped to carry out cleaning and disinfection works on any type of system and use chemicals with proven efficacy against legionella bacteria.

We carry test equipment to enable onsite testing of closed systems, evaporative cooling systems and steam raising plant.

Treatment of these systems is critical for efficiency of the system, safety and compliance.

We have the capability to test water and air quality, particularly where a certain standard/quality of air is required for persons or process.

Our set price legionella control packages make it simple and cost effective to ensure compliance with ACoP L8 and HSG274. Each package includes an initial legionella risk assessment and legionella / TVC sampling which will identify the controls needed to ensure your staff, visitors and users are not exposed to harmful bacteria in your water systems. A control scheme will be produced from the findings within the legionella risk assessment and all visits (minimum frequency monthly) will be scheduled.
