Simplified Meeting Room Management
Kelio Reservation is the ideal addition to your Outlook® tools for room bookings. Bodet Software have developed a gateway link between Outlook® and its Kelio Access Control Solution to improve meeting room management.
With Kelio Reservation, using Outlook to organise meetings allows the details to be communicated automatically to your Kelio Visio touchscreen terminals, which display current bookings.
Should the meeting end earlier than expected, you can close the meeting to free up the room for another booking.

With Kelio Reservation, access to your meeting room is secure. Video projectors and other valuable equipment are safe: only the organiser and participants will be authorised to open the room with a badge while the room is reserved.
Direct booking at the touchscreen terminal at the door
The Kelio touchscreen terminals at the door allow you to view a meeting room's availability in real time. If it is not reserved, you can book it directly on the Kelio Visio touchscreen terminal and invite participants, who will receive a notification in their Outlook® calendar. Once you have entered the meeting start and end times, you can enter the room and start working.
