Pull handles with built-in magnets are rapidly gaining popularity as a modern alternative to traditional overhead electromagnetic locks. Our Electro Magnetic Pull Handles provide significantly enhanced security while also delivering a more attractive and streamlined appearance.

The full range is ideally suited to environments where higher locking strength is required, including hospitals, student accommodation, schools, nursing homes, and a wide variety of public facilities.

The GRS300 Electro Magnetic Pull Handle range is available in four sizes and features one or two 300kg monitored magnets, with an optional third magnet available on the longer models. These handles can be installed on both new and existing doors and are suitable for external use.

The D&E Erica door chain with external release functions via a rim cylinder fitted to the outside of the door. By inserting and turning the cylinder key, the door chain can be released from its locked position. Please refer to the line drawing for additional clarification.

The Erica door chain is designed to be installed in the same location as a standard door chain, making it a straightforward replacement.

The DS*FD door selector guarantees that pairs of self-closing fire doors with rebated meeting stiles or security astragals always close in the correct order automatically, regardless of which door is opened first.

The unit has been successfully tested in accordance with BS EN 1158 standards.

The MK2 fire door coordinator features a surface-mounted rebate, meaning it does not compromise the door frame structure and is suitable for use on all door materials.

This fire-rated door selector prevents the doors from overlapping incorrectly once closed. This is especially critical for fire doors and self-latching security doors, as it helps maintain an effective seal.

If double doors fail to close in the correct sequence, gaps can form between the doors, increasing the risk of fire spread. For this reason, this product is an essential component in maintaining fire safety in all types of buildings.

The Asgard automatic flush bolt is designed to be fitted into the edge of the secondary (slave) leaf on both rebated and non-rebated doors. When the secondary leaf is closed and the primary leaf closes against it, the latch is activated, causing the shoot bolt to engage automatically.

This flush bolt is primarily intended for use on doors manufactured from steel or aluminium profiles without a joint edge.

A door selector should be installed in conjunction with this product.

The unit is supplied handed.

The L&F 2806 rim lock is available keyed alike, with limited stock remaining.

The KWS Adjustable Partition Support is available in three height adjustment ranges: 100–125mm, 125–150mm, and 150–175mm. All models feature a U-shaped rest designed to suit a 19mm wall.

These supports are intended for built-in installation and are supplied complete with fixings. They are manufactured from either aluminium or stainless steel.

Installation:Secure the floor sleeve to the floor using the supplied washer. Insert the support and adjust it to the required height using a spanner, then tighten with the round nut. Lock the support in place using the clamping screw.

To compensate for any inaccuracies when drilling the floor fixing hole, each partition support is supplied with an additional eccentric disc, which can be used in place of the washer. This allows for alignment corrections of up to 4mm from the centre.

The D&E stainless steel barrel bolt padlockable version is manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel and is supplied complete with fixing screws.

The roller catch door holder features a flush-mounted aluminium floor socket with a stainless steel cover plate, along with a zinc-plated steel strike plate.

Suitable applications:

• Compatible with doors fitted with a door closer

Operation:Push the door over the flush-mounted holder until the ball engages and holds the door in place. To release, simply pull the door away from the catch.

Installation:Install the floor socket flush at the stopping point, positioned as far from the door hinge as possible. Secure the cover plate, then fix the strike plate to the corresponding position on the door.

The APC CB03 coat hook has a 62mm projection and is manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel. It features concealed fixings for a clean, discreet finish.
